“My phone was stolen and I went into a T mobile in Meniffe ca, and the assistant made such a mess of my situation just made it worse.. so I went to the T mobile where I purchased the stolen phone and the manager Adel was Sooooo helpful I could not have filed the claim and correct the bad situation with 611 on my own she was very professional and work what I am calling a miracle and was able to file the claim and have a new phone sent to me overnight .she brought my account back to the original contract and is dealing with the Meniffe store ... ublilivale service would never been able to correct the situation without her... so KUDOS to you Adel super job i much appreciate you and your store.”
