As new parents, it's sometimes a struggle for my husband and I to enjoy a night out, but the staff at Tropicali ensured we had a great time. They even offered to wash our baby's bottle! We will definitely be returning every time we go to Big Bear.

672 Cottage Ln, Big Bear LakeI went with my woman and we both enjoyed our time here. The decor was nice and the staff were very pleasant! They have tvs for the games also so that’s a huge plus. My partner and I both ordered burgers and they were some of THE best burgers we’ve had and I’ve been around. There was a mix up with my order and I received a single instead of the double but when I brought it up they offered me the extra patty for free and profusely apologized, something I’m not used to honestly so I definitely recommend people to try them out, you won’t regret. Exceptional food and service :)

Everyone in our party was satisfied with their plates and portion sizes. Our server asked if we needed desert and I said no thank you, we have birthday cake left over in our cabin. He suggested singing Happy Birthday to our one year old which she loved! It was very thoughtful and we appreciated it. Highly recommend this spot and will definitely visit when up in Big Bear again.

Everything is baked fresh on site. They frost their rolls when you order - now that's careful attention to detail! Highly recommend.

It came with a big portion of cornbread and we chose 2 sides of mac and cheese. It was a lot of food and all of the meat was tender and delicious. The cornbread was hella dry. It needs some work. Overall though, I'd recommend this place if you want BBQ food. It was piping hot and tasty.
