We had a great stay! Check-in was a breeze. Howard, the virtual front desk assistant, was very kind and helpful, making the process so easy! Our room was clean and cozy. Perfect for our 1 night stay in Bishop. Free breakfast in the morning was awesome! Will be back!

Room was ok .but horrible service!
Two nights staying, no cleaning, no trash take care of . No fresh towels available. Pre front desk , they only clean the room every other day . Unless you let them know ahead of time . Which they did not inform that to me at check-in time ! Terrible service
