“This place is 5 of 5 to me. One of the really simple and nice room we stayed at. You get all the basic things you will need. Has wifi, fridge, flat tv, microwave and coffee maker. The bed sheets, covers and towels are all clean. It is quiet. The bathroom smells nice to me. Parking area is safe. We are a family of 3. We will definitely choose this place again once we go back to Bishop. Oh, one more thing, the owner was too nice and accomodating to let us pack our stuff and not charge us extra eventhough we are beyond the 11am check out time. Thank you Bishop village motel. We enjoyed our stay!”

“Worked out ok. The staff was very nice. Rooms very clean and was serviced well during our stay. The heater kept malfunctioning and shutting off in the middle of the night. The laundry machines are two dollars a load and two dollars to dry and the machines are very little. Other than that it was good. We didn't try the breakfast.”

“Considering all the reviews we read, we can assure that our experience was great. The room was clean, safe and recently remodeled. Beds were clean and comfortable. Towels, like any fancy hotels also have, had clear stains, but they were clean.Location was great and walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops. For us it was ideal as it was close to the trails and parks we wanted to visit in Mammoth Lakes. I recommend Bishop Inn. Room#104”

“For what it claims to be it’s great, 5 stars! We paid a low rate and It served its purpose well. We had a great nights sleep and the staff was friendly and helpful. They also allowed us to bring our cat which is great!However the carpet in our room was pretty awful, I’m still thinking about it even days later. But we just wore our shoes the whole time and I always bring slippers anyway so it was no big deal. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable.We were placed in room 101 and I think personally I would’ve preferred a different room. It was DIRECTLY next to the pool, in fact it was in the pool area, our window looked into the courtyard area of the pool. Thankfully we got there late so nobody was outside our window hanging out.The room was very small and has the strangest bathroom layout I’ve ever seen and upon further inspection I think it used to be where the pool equipment was kept.If I stay here again I would request a different room and make sure to bring slippers. But still for the low rate it was great!Walkability: Lots of businesses within walking distance!”

“Love this location very quiet you wouldn't even know that you're near a freeway or if there was a coffee shop in front of you or anything. Slept like a baby and the owners are very polite love their blankets that they had in the room and kept very warm during the night. All around good place to go love how the town was and everything. But definitely will recommend this hotel/motel to stay at for sure.”

“The first thing that threw me was the fact that the check in was at a window behind a glass screen as opposed to going into the lobby. There were a lot of people making a lot of noise on the street and several people hanging out on the landing outside rooms. It seems like it might be people that rent rooms by the week or month. When we returned from dinner, the door to our room was swarmed with more bugs than I’ve ever seen before. The bed was comfortable enough and it was very cheap.”

“This guy at front desk calls me stoopid and tosses my credit card at me cuz my card doesn't match to card on reservation which i tried to explain to him that my company paid for it already and u shouldn't need any card for the room. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I FEEL LIKE CRYING IVE NEVER BEEN CALLED STOOPID ”
