“My now wife and I first toured Twenty Mile House in August of 2022, and right away, we knew that the venue, and the people that ran it, were special. Flash forward to our wedding day at Twenty Mile House in September 2023, where we looked back and realized it was truly the best choice we could have ever made!The wonderful staff of Twenty Mile made everything so easy and seamless, which are frequently not the words that come to mind while you are planning a wedding! They have a bunch of go-to vendors that they work with on a regular basis, who are all extremely talented, professional, and easy to work with! The team really allows you to control as much of the planning process as you want, and are great at adjusting for any accomodations that you or your party needs, allowing for a unique and individualized experience. ? The staff also went above and beyond to make sure that we, and all of our guests, had the night of our lives. We are so glad to be able to look back and relive our perfect day at such an amazing and beautiful venue. ♥️We HIGHLY recommend Twenty Mile House for any perspective couples looking for their dream wedding in the Lost Sierra. You will NOT be disappointed!”
“The staff and people were incredible. There were 3 meals served everyday and they were all excellent. The rooms were so clean. The views were spectacular. There were lots of activities. Horseback riding, archery,fly fishing,skeet shooting,hiking, line dancing and evenings by the campfire. If your looking for a weekend getaway or even something a little longer and you want a quiet place surrounded by nature this is a definite must try. You won't be dissapointed.”
“BEST PUBLIC GREENS IN CALIFORNIA. I've played Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill, CordeValle, and Edgewood this year and White Hawk Ranch had the purest greens of any of these courses. Highly recommend.”
“This was our second time at the restaurant here. We had a good lunch last time and this time we had a good breakfast. The pancakes were large, light and fluffy along with eggs cooked over medium just right, and link sausage. All yummy. I recommend this place for breakfast or lunch.”
“Stayed 1 night for business. The lodge was beautiful and the beds oversized. Temperature control was perfect and tall ceilings give the room a spacious feel. In room has fridge and 2 complimentary waters . Microwave in the vending are. Front desk is staffed 8 to 8. The coffee is my personal way to choose a re stay location. It was "ok" coffee. If you want to eat you have to drive to a separate facility across the highway. That was disappointing, I didn't make my way there. Overall peaceful, clean and lovely for a nights stay.”

Given they host weddings bi-weekly during the warmer seasons, they have the process down to a fine art. On our wedding day, we were stress-free and confident. Our planner, Molly - a brilliant addition that comes with the venue - showcased exceptional expertise in both planning and executing our wedding. Every detail, no matter how minor, was impeccably addressed. I’d give them ten stars. If you’re contemplating CVL, don’t second-guess. It’s truly the best.”
