“I recently purchased a Duromax XP15000HXT. It came as promised. I connected a small propaned tank and it started on the 2nd try. After it ran for about 2 hours it began to surge. That was becaused it was cold outside and the propane tank had frozen up. I shut it down and moved it back inside. 3 days later I had decided to finish the break-in period with gasoline until I got larger propane tanks. It tried to start but, immediately stopped. I tried this several times with no luck. I then reconnected the propane tank which naturally had thawed out by then. Same results, it would try to start but, immediately "stumble" and stop and the battery was getting low. I connected a charger to the battery and then I called Duromax service and left a message for them to call me back. While waiting about 20 minutes I decided to go and try it again. Immediately it started and ran on the propane. Then I switched it over to gasoline, waited a few minutes and then I tried again and it immediately started and ran on the gasoline. About 2 hours later I got a call from a representative. After I explained it all he told me that when I change fuels it may take a little time for the electronics to change over. Perhaps I over reacted a little at first but, we have a large Winter storm approaching and most likely we will lose power. Anyway, bottom line is I think it should be put in the instructions or some kind of notice that when the unit is switched from gasoline to propane it may take a little time for the electronics to switch over. However, I am very pleased they returned my call so suddenly.”
“I didn’t realize Home Depot has a bundle up savings, great incentive to stock up! One thing I miss about Home Depot is the snack stand they used to have, long long long ago! Always nice to see everything they have to add or replace for our home. See you next time!”

“In all the times I have been to home depot I have not had customer service as good as the one I had from one particular employee, his name: Adam Lessard from the home depot in Rialto Ca, he guided me through the entire process of choosing the material to replace my roof, he consulted 3 employees with more experience than him to make sure I had everything I needed, he spoke with his manager to make my purchase the most economical when looking for discounts, it took about an hour and a half to Help me, this guy truly loves his job, whatever your project may be, I recommend that you look for him to help you and I assure you that you will be happy to bring the material you need for the lowest price! I wish there were more employees like him! Heh heh heh I'm Mexican and the only thing that would improve this friend's attention would be if he spoke Spanish so well that I could use my Tijuana English.”

“Moved into my apartment on Dec 31 went in around 5pm they were able to deliver before they closed at 7pm. 90 day warranty. My fridge was reasonable cost and works great. Will definitely recommend and go back I saws bed and dresser I like too. The delivery guy was awesome.”
“The service is always great at The Home Depot I go to. Also, the one in Rialto is great as well. The selection always has lots to choose from. Now, I noticed the Rancho Cucamonga one has more selection of plants than the others. So if you're looking for plants, that's the one for you. The value is ok. Everything has gone up in price. Look for clearance sales on plants.”

“This store seems to be pretty decent and clean. The associates help you when you ask and are very polite. Some of the products are sold out such as facial tissue. Don't usually get a clear answer on when they restock is my only issue with the store.”
“Went for vegetable plants. They had a good variety, but the plants were so wilted. It was a really hot day but they should have kept the plants sprayed or misted. I didn't buy the wilted plants as I did not think they would survive a transplant. I will go another day and see if they brought more plants in. They also had some fruit trees, the fig tree looked really good!!”

We've had two small issues and José Luis and his team have driven about 1 hour each time to assist and have covered them under their excellent 90 day warranty. They even gave me a few extra days warranty on one issue. They have proven to be accommodating, have fair prices and so far the appliances have been great! Looking to purchase a few more appliances for an upcoming project!”
