“I have had many homes and custom grill islands but this was the best experience ever, from Chad the consultant to the build team to the installers. The challenge was that we are in Northern California, so everything was planned, designed and co-ordinated at a distance. But the entire process was so smooth, the communication with Chad was excellent, and the construction team did a fabulous job. I'm sure they could have refused to correct the issue which would have required me to submit a request for a refund by calling the 1-800 number.
