“We very much enjoyed our stay at the Wigwam Motel. Our family of 3 was very comfortable with 2 queen beds in our wigwam. The room was clean and bigger than you might guess. The location is perfect, directly on Route 66, with a very large selection of dining options up and down the road. The pool is beautiful and enticing. And of course, the staff is amazing. Jack, Samir, and Chris are all excellent ambassadors of the Wigwam, and Route 66 in general. Don't forget to check out the large selection of souvenirs that are available in the office.”
“Overall, I had a pretty good experience at Raincross Hotel. I had very low expectations for raincross hotel unfortunately given the reviews. The check in service definitely met those low expectations.
Check out was great though. Hiral was absolutely amazing and hospitable in the checkout proccess and also during the continental breakfast one morning. I thought the hotel was going to be bad as well, but it checked of my boxes, it was relatively clean, quiet, and provided me a place to sleep! For that it gets 4 stars (5 stars for Hiral)”

“You hear other people coughing in adjacent rooms. This is the same comment that I made before when I stayed there a couple weeks ago. Very little privacy, so it seems from my experience.
I did however use the Jacuzzi this time and that was a great experience.
The staff where all very accommodating. The room was spotless. The pillows not so great. This is the only Hampton and I ever stayed out that I did not like the pillows.
At every other Hampton and I ever stayed at the bedding was top-notch. This location does not get that praise - sorry Hampton Inn. This is my opinion over the past five years of staying at your properties.”
“I wanted to recognize Mike at the front desk for his outstanding customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Every interaction with him was pleasant, and he always greeted us with a smile. He made the check-in process seamless, answered all of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. “A great hotel to stay at when you are working in the area. Lots of restaurants real close by if not across the street. I would also bring my family here like many other families that were here enjoying the pool and hot tub. Some of these families actually lived in the area. If I am sent down here to work again, I hope I get to stay at the DoubleTree. Thank you staff!”

The hotel location is convenient, close to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.”
“Staybridge is always my go to for my long work trips inger sick of going to restaurants and just want to be able to cook my own meals and relax and i got to do that with ease here. Great service, super comfortable room. My one gripe would be I would have liked to have bit more water pressure in the shower. But other than that it was perfect.”

“My family and I stayed here on out quick mini trip to Cali. We’ve been to Los Angeles before but wanted to stay a little bit outside of LA. This place was great. From the check in process to the room, breakfast, everything was awesome. The room was clean. It was quiet. We were able to get a good nights sleep and rest. Don’t want to sound greedy but breakfast was my favorite. The food was excellent. They also provide you with to go bags if you prefer to have your breakfast on the go or take to your room. The dining area was clean. The, front desk and housekeeping were awesome. I wouldn’t mind staying here again of I ever go back to California.”

“This was a semi emergency motel stay. They didn't get me in for a room at 3:30 a.m like the main motel 6 reservation person said they would. 5 a.m is when I got to check in. That was okay the day leading up to this 3:30 a.m check in was worse then the wait”

“Stayed for a few days so I could take my kids swimming and we enjoyed our time, rooms were nice and the ac worked amazing especially after being in the sun for so long, definitely recommend. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating, housekeeping did a great job servicing the rooms while we stepped out for lunch. Will definitely be back soon”

Staff was exceptional. From the front desk to housekeeping, all wonderful.
The room, is basic but I knew going in that it wasn't a Hilton or a Marriott. Bed was comfortable, shower was a basic shower. My room overlooked the street and could be a bit noise when a car alarm went off or someone had a loud exhaust. Not that I noticed all that much, got in at 0330 and collapsed asleep.
The location put it within a 5 minute walk to the shuttle, which is the main reason I chose this hotel, well, that and the price.
If I had one complaint, and this is being super nitpicky, it's the soap. The scent is good but it just doesn't like to 'work'. Hard to explain.
Keep your expectations realistic. It's a hotel room. If you want luxury, stay somewhere else. If you want functional, i.e...a bed and a shower, this place is perfect.”

“This hotel was great for the price especially since I wanted to stay near the casino. I got a king size room and sheets were clean and bathroom was as well. However, as most hotels they do charge a $14 parking fee and also the hot tub wasn’t functioning and was not maintained there was leaves and debris in the hot tub. That’s the only reason why I rate a 4 but other than that staff was very friendly! And breakfast was also good!”

I had attentive and happy staff who were able to assist me right away with things such as getting wi fi when my room login didn’t work while working in the lounge and them also watching over guest belongings when I was away for a few minutes. I thank Aldo and Jackie for this experience!

“Power cut out in the whole building for about and hour or two. Then the other bed closest to restroom had a bed bug in it. Ewww. But other than that. Awesome hotel and food was delicious.”
“Considering where I was and I am happy to be at this location. I have been here just over a week. The room can use a little bit of remodeling but it's a lot of space and it's warm . It's pretty quiet here and the man in the office is really attentive and polite. I don't interact with the other guests but they seem polite and the property outside is clean. I will be here for some time and I am comfortable here. I will post reviews as the weeks continue.”

“The rooms were big and clean. Streaming on the tvs was a big plus.
The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
The location is perfect, right next to the cute downtown shopping and restaurants.
My favorite part though was the exceptional and friendly service of Cassandra at the hotel bar. She was helpful, warm, kind, and had great attention to service and detail. She remembered previous orders and had an engaging personality.
I recommend this hotel if you're in Riverside.”

“Sun Park Inn & Suites is one of my favorite hotels I San Bernardino because the rooms are clean, the staff is attentive, and the prices are affordable and competitive. The landscape design creates a welcoming, comfortable environment. There are beautiful rose bushes and a community area with picnic benches and a barbecue grill, soda, and ice machines. A great place to enjoy a homecooked dinner or celebrate a child's birthday. There is a shared laundry room on site, a microwave, refrigerator, a/c & heat in each room. Free parking. The lot is easily accessible from the main road. ♿️ accessible

Safety: Warning signs are posted throughout the facility & in clear view.
Walkability: The floor plan is open and provides walkpaths throughout the design.

“My stay at this hotel was wonderful, and both the staff and management were exceptional. Upon arrival, I was initially confused because my room did not have towels, pots, dishes, or silverware available. Frustrated, I contacted the front desk, but I was truly impressed by how quickly the manager, Daniel, responded to my concerns.
Not only did Daniel address the issue promptly, but he also personally took the time to speak with me while I was still at the hotel. He carefully explained how the hotel operates and what amenities are provided to new guests, which helped me better understand the situation. Most importantly, he was understanding, compassionate, and never once dismissed my concerns or feelings. Instead, he sincerely apologized for the misunderstanding and did everything he could to make things right.
Once I had a better understanding, I was able to fully enjoy my stay, and I can honestly say I will definitely stay here every time I visit the area.
I truly appreciate the way Daniel and his staff handled everything and the effort they made to ensure my stay turned into a positive experience.
