“You hear other people coughing in adjacent rooms. This is the same comment that I made before when I stayed there a couple weeks ago. Very little privacy, so it seems from my experience.
I did however use the Jacuzzi this time and that was a great experience.
The staff where all very accommodating. The room was spotless. The pillows not so great. This is the only Hampton and I ever stayed out that I did not like the pillows.
At every other Hampton and I ever stayed at the bedding was top-notch. This location does not get that praise - sorry Hampton Inn. This is my opinion over the past five years of staying at your properties.”
“Been working with the Staybridge Suites to host monthly meetings, and I have to say their sales manager, Pamela V. has been phenomenal. She's helped set-up and breakdown meetings here at the Staybridge to utilize both their small and large meeting rooms! The staff here are warm and friendly, and it's been a pleasure working with them to accommodate for our needs. Parking is plentiful and everything here feels homely and modern. Would recommend using here for any business meeting needs!”

“A great hotel to stay at when you are working in the area. Lots of restaurants real close by if not across the street. I would also bring my family here like many other families that were here enjoying the pool and hot tub. Some of these families actually lived in the area. If I am sent down here to work again, I hope I get to stay at the DoubleTree. Thank you staff!”
“I am so grateful for the caring employees that operate this hotel I've been at times depressed due to my personal issues I have been dealing with and the beautiful lady from the front desk has gone out of way to call me and check in me may God bless her dearly and especially house keeper Angie she's the best as well I have nothing but good to say that if your looking for a safe,clean, attentive and comfortable place to sleep or relax very much recommended !!!”

“The room was clean. It is an older hotel, but It had everything we needed. The bed was good.
The breakfast was really good. Lots of choices, little extra things to make it nice. We only stayed one night on our way to Legoland.”

“stayed here the weekend for wasteland at the nos center, would definitely recommend if youre staying over for a festival. very close by, uber prices werent too bad, staff was friendly and accommodating, amazing price for 2 rooms over the weekend. definitely all you need if youre staying over.”

“Very nice experience! Vayola, the manager, Anthony-security, and the entire staff were just awesome! Rooms were awesome! Only mentioned to manager, that should have a few benches around the property, to sit outside. Otherwise, a nice property! Hot breakfast, coffee/water anytime. A quiet property!”

“The best hotel in this area for sure, but still not all that. They have a pest problem and their sheets and towels are all stained. Wi-Fi does not work inside the rooms and some rooms the TV doesn't work. Not all of the lights were working and the water didn't get hot enough. Staff steals so if you can always have someone in the room, do that. They will harass you about cleaning but they don't clean themselves. The owner is great though, I would imagine his staff lies to him a lot because the way he carries himself I don't think he has an evil bone in his body. He's kind and honest. I'm sure he trusts his staff to be cleaning and doing repairs properly and probably doesn't know how poorly they actually do their jobs. I would stay there again if I'm in the area, I would just bring my own cleaning supplies and linens and my camera so I can catch them the next time they try to steal from me.”

“Room key wouldn’t work had to get a new one every time I left my room lotta sketchy activity in the building didn’t feel safe pool was cloudy so never used it described online as rooms having microwaves turns out there’s one microwave per floor.. but the staff was friendly and willing to help out either the keys n what not Friday price was high but over all it worked and they allowed dogs.. required a $60 cash deposit won’t accept any other payment worked for me but seemed weird also says they have coin laundry in all fair they do… but it’s 2 machines for the entire building sooo ya don’t expect anything fancy but if you need a cheap spot to lay your head it’ll work”

“There was hair on my pillow before I got into bed. I doubt the bedding was laundered. There was also a curly hair on the blanket. When I arrived. Looked like pubic hair 🤮🤢😷 There is no excuse for this. Whether they washed it or not...is questionable. Did the hair get there from the dryer? - I doubt it. There's NO EXCUSE, EITHER WAY for dirty brown hairs on the pillow. I hadn't been there in years. But, returned last week for a one night stay. The pubic hair on the blanket cover was GROSS 🤮🤢 On the plus side...the non smoking room smelled like it really was as advertised. Altho there were being marks on the tub it actually smelled nice & clean. Other than the hair...it was a good stay. No continental breakfast in the morning tho. Not even coffee. That hair!!! On the bedding. I think the maid needs the tape roller that picks up lint. 🤢🤮 Other than the bed and the hair on the bed it was actually really nice.. the room was otherwise clean and I give it up plus for the fact that it was advertised as a non-smoking room and it really did smell nice and neutral and clean. The only problem was the hair on the bedding and the blanket head of bleach stain on it.. There was hair in the bathtub. Spacious interior. The night staff where immensely caring & polite & kind when I asked for a clean bath towel.”

“Wow talk about surprised the rooms were way bigger then we expected and so clean well decorated. We had a table to eat at and one for my wife to do her paper work on it was a comfortable stay they accommodated us and even moved out room last minute to a downstairs room close to our vehicle I’d give it a perfect score if I could the area way better then our trip 5 years ago for sure”
