“Ohh, my gosh, yes, I absolutely love this store. It doesn't look like much from the outside or on the inside. It's just concrete and literally four walls, but what you get when you go in there?If you have like any questions about your chickens or I would imagine any livestock, they would have the answer.There's this old Caballero sits there... and he's wise beyond his years, he'll let the other guys talk and they'll refer to him like, well, what do you think about this is or whatever the issue is And he's generally right... everybody is really knowledgeable in there and they always help me with my chicken feed, like lugging it to the car.Especially if my son isn't there. Oh, my gosh, they are so nice. Just really polite, yes, ma'am. How can we help you? Can we help you find anything?Just as soon as I walk in and it's just so nice... so.. they made some changes to the california credit card thing where if you use your credit card you get charged alot and the day that it happened, the guy was like don't use your credit card Use your atm card because you wont get charged the new 3% And he was just trying to save me money and it was just so nice.I'm telling you, these guys are like the real deal. They are so nice so knowledgeable, you should definitely go there.”

“I take my two Labs here and have a really positive experience. While the place isn’t fancy or over the top, what truly stands out is the kindness of the staff. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and treat them with patience and love.
From what I observed, they handled both of my dogs gently which gave me a lot of peace of mind especially with two energetic Labs! Most importantly, they did a great job with the grooming. Both of my dogs came back clean, fresh, and looking great even through they jumped in the pool a few hours after they came home from the groomer. Lol
If you’re looking for a place that prioritizes compassion and quality care, this is definitely a solid choice. I’ll definitely be bringing my Labs back.”
“Today we brought our little Yorkie for his first blood test. Everything went perfectly — he didn’t whimper even once! ? I especially want to mention Dr. Riley (with the bright hairstyle) — she is incredibly sweet, caring, and very kind. It’s clear that she truly loves animals and knows how to connect with them. “Been coming here since they opened. My golden retriever Diplo loves the food and has great benefits to his health. Diana is awesome! My baby recently got diagnosed with Chronic kidney disease and blood work positive for Cancer. Our vet recommended him to stay off red meats and chicken, but turkey and salmon/omegas would be great for his kidneys. Diana was kind enough to exchange our frozen beef and chicken blend chubs to turkey and salmon Chubs due to his new kidney disease diet. She was very understanding and was kind to do this for us. Highly recommended. She knows whats best for our babies.”
“We like coming here. About 90% of the time they have what we need. They're very helpful. We have a dog that's a picky eater. We've gone back with food and they exchanged the food no questions asked. We pick a different food for him and we just pay the difference. They also have great customer service.”

“Bought a Sun Conure from them a week ago. Today I had him sitting on my shoulder and now look at him just relaxing! I will say they should interact a bit more with their pricey animals, but with a bit of care and perseverance, you will get by just fine on your own. And my bird's health appears to be just fine.”

I took my morkie yesterday due to her having diarrhea and not feeling good. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Sonia, Sonia walk me through all the questions and concerns I had, she gave me recommendations and suggested good options. Eventually I got to talk to the doctor and I got an estimate. I have nothing but good to say about this vet clinic, I am still impressed with the care and love they treat the animals with and the customer service! I am specially so grateful with Sonia, she went above and beyond for me and my dog!!! Sonia is truly the image of what a caring person is. Thank you so much! We appreciate it”

“Rottweilers will always be my choice of furbaby, however, not every Rottweiler is created equal. Unfortunately the breed itself has suffered primarily due to backyard breeders who look at $$$ instead of the breed/bloodlines. With that said, I met Ruben many years ago - I visited his kennel and fell in love with the quality of Female dogs he had. Then I got to really know Ruben. Not only is he my dogs breeder - I consider Ruben a dear friend. When the initial breeding I wanted fell through it was a blessing - why you ask? It gave me more time to consider which pairing I wanted, I’m a very picky person. I visited Ruben at his home and I spent some time with his Stud, Rumpi the bear. I think Ruben also saw how picky I was and he would encourage me to possibly wait after litters were born. He would tell me, “Eddie these are great pups, but maybe let’s wait. I think a special litter will be available in the coming months.” All in all I waited I think over a year. In that timeframe I really got to know Ruben on a more personal level. Finally, a beautiful match between Rumpi and Lissa was available and luckily Ruben let me get the pick. Jack came into our home and completed our family. It’s been over 4 years now and Ruben and I still talk or visit each other. He’s a breeder that truly cares about the breed, the puppies he produces and screens where each puppy is going.”

“My dog Zoey is very fussy about her food. She loves the Turkey and Pumpkin Jerky. I had a concern with one order and called the company. Karen answered the phone and could not have been nicer. She was so receptive and even sent me a replacement and a pen. I have so much respect and confidence in the product and customer support. It means alot to me to have a person answer my concerns directly. As soon as I received the Jerky Dehydrated Turkey Pumpkin, I gave some to Zoey, (shihpoo) and she gobbled it up. So happy to see Zoey enjoy her favorite treat again. Thank you, Pet Jerky Factory.”
“This PetSmart is well stocked and has pleasant staff. They have a good amount of training classes, although with one trainer, classes tend to get canceled or a replacement trainer comes in. The grooming salon is pretty on target with what they do and managing time. So, all-in-all, I would recommend this PetSmart. The drawback is that it's not super clean outside and there are a lot of homeless people who hang around this store for some reason.”

“OH MY GOODNESS I am so so SO grateful to the employee who helped me yesterday! I was initially trying to get a class pet (hermit crab) and I talked to someone very knowledgeable about each pet for sale. Based on her advice, we decided that a tarantula would be a more suitable option for my classroom environment. My students love it and I couldn’t be more grateful that I spoke with someone before my purchase. Excellent customer service!”

“We arrived around 130 and parked on the street. There’s tons of trucks parked along the street. They open at 5 AM. There should be plenty of parking just watch out for the fire hydrants. If you arrive before 5 AM, definitely would recommend going parking your truck walking down to the guard shack which is knocking appear like a guard shack. The guard shack is behind the black gate so you’re gonna walk up to one of the black gates, like stick your arm through and wave to get the guard attention and he’s gonna check you in and tell you where you’re unloading if it’s for a live unload, you may not be delivering at this actual location for us for example we were sent to the annex building down the street and he gave us the address and let me know if they open up at 4 AM for receiving so save me an hour and I didn’t wait the wrong location five stars in my book”

“I came bought a dove, they told me it was a ringneck dove.. turned out to be a female hybrid dove with Eurasian Collared! She was very large compared to the male I have & honestly thought she was male too, so they really don’t know what they’re selling you. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase 👍🏽”
