“Carstar Avalon handled everything for my SUV damage from hitting an animal Valentine's evening. (Extensuve searching did not reveal the animal, so hopefully, it survived.) The staff here were very professional, personable and took care of all the insurance details. The repairs are so perfect, everything looks great. Even more, almost, I was embarrassed because the vehicle was so filthy, inside and out. When I picked it up, I couldn't believe how good it looked - thoroughly washed, vacuumed and wiped down...it really was returned to me looking better than before the accident! I would definitely recommend this business and would return, if needed.”

When Austin arrived, very professional and straight to the point, he confirmed my destination address and even ensured that I was aware that the shop would be closed after we were expected to arrive (which was fine, had confirmed with shop okay to drop off after hours) but that was a nice touch. Even helped push the vehicle into a parking spot in front of the shop. Hopefully never need a tow again, but if I do, hope it's Flag Towing”

“Super fast service and expressly personable. I got to my truck, semi truck, and the batteries were dead. Called up Bestow Towing and I didn’t even have time to get food down the street before he was texting me that he was only 10 minutes away. Not only did he get my truck batteries charged up enough to give me a jump but he also provided a good safe area being on the side of the road. I am saving this tow trucks number in my phone cause he is the only guy I plan on using if I ever need towing, battery jump services, or lock out services. “A big shout out to Plaza 2 automotive in riverside on Indiana for the work they did on my van. They put a new motor in it and I told them I was having brake issue that I thought could be the master cylinder because everything on the brakes were new. The mechanic tested it and said the motor mounts and Trans mounts were bad so they replaced them, I had always had an issue with brakes when I hit them hard they seemed to catch and release and the Trans would shift gears hard. Now it's like driving a whole new van. I got a new/used motor "couldn't get a brand new one" new water pump, new power steering pump all new hoses and belts for 6,100.00.I am very happy”
