Called up Bestow Towing and I didn’t even have time to get food down the street before he was texting me that he was only 10 minutes away. Not only did he get my truck batteries charged up enough to give me a jump but he also provided a good safe area being on the side of the road. “A big shout out to Plaza 2 automotive in riverside on Indiana for the work they did on my van. They put a new motor in it and I told them I was having brake issue that I thought could be the master cylinder because everything on the brakes were new. The mechanic tested it and said the motor mounts and Trans mounts were bad so they replaced them, I had always had an issue with brakes when I hit them hard they seemed to catch and release and the Trans would shift gears hard. Now it's like driving a whole new van. I got a new/used motor "couldn't get a brand new one" new water pump, new power steering pump all new hoses and belts for 6,100.00.I am very happy”

I been going here since 2010 diego always took care of me i still have engines running after using there machine shop till this day service quick turn around they do bench jobs or the whole job if you deliver the car/truck
I do not use any other shop .
Now jay has been aroumd more he helps me out alot to always ready to explain or help a customer. There is a reason they have been around for as long as they have . Seeing these bad comments do not reflect the company i do work with ...always a customer that thinks we do them wrong and worked up for nothing.”

When I took my dad to the tow yard to see his car and turn it over, they were very personable and concerned about my dad above the car. Desi, in the office, was especially kind. “Nataniel just towed a rare and Classic car for us. He was AWESOME! Efficient, Friendly, etc. Dude had a SMALL space to work with in our garage and was a champ about it. Dude needs to be recognized as a great Representation for Ramos Towing. He made sure to properly get everything attached. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Ramos Towing, and I'm keeping all info on file for all of our future Towing/Assistance needs and to also recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trusted company to tow with. “Geico recently sent Liberty Towing out to to tow our car to our mechanic after another tow company after we had a bad experience with another company who repeatedly lied about their eta. This wasn’t the first time Liberty Towing came out and assisted. Each time Kenny was the driver. Geico usually gives you an hour eta but Kenny has showed up in under 30 min of me getting off the phone with Geico.”

“While I'm sure at least some of the horror stories here are true, mine was less of a horror story than most.
Their chp approved rates are readily posted in the office and match with what I was charged.
They immediately asked how I would be paying, and diligently stated that they can accept credit cards but not debit cards (cavc 22568 only requires that they accept cash and credit cards). They allow you to pay with zelle or PayPal instead, the former offers no recourse to dispute the payment, but the latter does.
The car was legally towed from a permit only area (though signage was hidden behind shrubbery, this is an issue for me to take up with the manager of the property) and they had the necessary documentation on hand as required.
I went in ready to butt heads for several hours and accomplish nothing aside from gather evidence for a civil lawsuit, but was surprised at how smooth the interaction was.
I think at least some of the other commentors probably went in irrate or with bad attitudes and just got their energy returned back to them. I went in calm and collected and my interaction remained calm and helpful the entire time.
4 stars instead of 5 because they still towed my car and I'm displeased with spending an entire monthly car payment for one mistake, but c'est la vie.”
