“I did not realize it was will call. But placed an order and went and got a coffee. When I came back the store was open and I went in. I'm not very experienced with ballons so I asked the owner if I had even ordered the right stuff. He looked up my order and pulled it right away (it was a small order). He even gave me a few tips. Great experience I will order from here again, just make sure I order ahead.”
“Earlier today, I visited this sams club location with my grandma and mom. Upon walking in the store, we had already been looking for one of the ride on carts that are for people with disabilities. After searching for 15 min outside, my grandma was starting to feel sick from the heat, granted she is 84 years old and barely walking. We then went to look for somewhere to sit inside where she could cool off. This is where we met the sweetheart, Veronica, who was todays door person. Without hesitation, Veronica got my grandma a chair to sit on and quickly asked if she needed water. Next, she ask if we had requested a driving cart, which we quickly replied yes. Veronica then got on her walkie talkie and said that a customer was waiting for one of these rare carts. After Veronica called it out, one of the other employees brought it straight to my grandma. Veronica also provided my grandma with a bottle of water because she was aware that she was elderly and in the heat leading up to our entrance into the store. We were so stunned at the level of service that this young sweetheart provided. During our shopping trip and ride home, my grandma couldn't stop talking about how sweet this young girl was. These are the type of employees who make you want to shop at certain store. Veronica deserves some major recognition from the company because very few people these days go above and beyond to make an impact on customers lives. We all look forward to seeing her the next time we shop here. My grandma is forever thankful for the courtesy and kindness that Veronica provided to my family today. I hope to see you soon and I hope this recognition finds its way to someone who can give this kind soul a Pat on the back and return the favor that she provided to us today.”

I don’t know anything about the construction or materials, but he spent quality time to educate and simplify all the types of solutions that are available to me. I ended up using that information and ordering from Peterman. I am not the best customer as I ask a lot of questions, but this team is truly passionate about helping the customer find a solution. On top of that, he got the material loaded last minute on a truck that arrives the next morning in my area. “A friend bought me a Sam's club membership, so I was able to have access to this gas station. She felt it was a safer area to get my gas for cheaper. It's definitely convenient and nice. I like using my phone to scan and get gas.”

“I am extremely happy with their service at the San Bernardino branch and their delivery driver Juan. Art was very knowledgeable and courteous, his diligence and ability to get the materials delivered to me, take in mind that I was 85 miles away from their location, The Riverside Branch was also very helpful with helping to fill my order. I was pressed for time and the shingle color was no where to be found in my area. They were able to coordinate my material request. I have purchased from both locations before and I am are very satisfied. The materials were delivered on time and were loaded properly. I look forward to working with them for my roofing needs.”

“The restaurant department for this Sam's Club location has great customer service. They were really busy that day and it was 1 hr wait for our pizzas. I ordered 4 three meat and they ended up giving us 4 cheese pizza. I went back and told them the issue and the (I assume) manager was very accommodating, made us our 4 three meat with no hesitation and even offered a full refund which I declined. That was one of the best customer service I had. She apologized and was very sweet about the whole situation.”
“Crowded but they handle it well. Long hoses reach either side of the car. Usually cheapest prices for miles around. Pumps available several hours before the store opens.”
“Got there early and got a door right after checking in. About 1 1/2 hours to load. Lots of space. Make sure you walk up to the guard shack when you get the green light to grab your seal and bills. They’ll check the seal on the way out. Would definitely come back.”

If you have a small business or a pop up food stand they have a lot of goodies that you'll need and to answer a few questions you can shop here even if you don't have a membership but there's 3 limitations which are no shellfish, no alcohol and no returns so that means that all sales are final.”

The only reason i gave them a 4 star and not 5 review is the rough area in San Bernardino but thats not Johnstone fault.”
“We shop at both Costco and Sam's club. Sam's has some things that don't come in such large quantities like ready made salads. Since it's just the two of us, we don't waste food. When we entertain we will get the larger quantity salad from Costco. We really like having the options of the two different quantities. That's just one example, but I'm sure you get the idea. One thing that Sam's has that Costco doesn't is the Scan N Go app. If you've never used it, you definitely have to check it out. You scan the item when you add it to your shopping cart and get to bypass the checkout line. It always makes me laugh when I see people standing in line when they could just use the app. When you get to the exit, the employee who checks your receipt scans your phone and you are out and on your way. I really wish Costco would do this too.”
