Staff members were friendly, helpful, and efficient, even during busy hours. The checkout process moved quickly, and the food court remains a great value. “I have no complaints with the station. My issue is with the other patrons. Please read... It doesn NOT matter what side your tank ia on, please pick any lane. All the pump hoses will pull out a few feet to reach the opposite side of your car. It helps to pull slightly closer to the pump and full more fwd. Theres no reason for certain lines to be overly long. It really sucks when you cant get passed the line to the further pumps. Stop being so inconsiderate and lazy.”

“I am extremely happy with their service at the San Bernardino branch and their delivery driver Juan. Art was very knowledgeable and courteous, his diligence and ability to get the materials delivered to me, take in mind that I was 85 miles away from their location, The Riverside Branch was also very helpful with helping to fill my order. I was pressed for time and the shingle color was no where to be found in my area. They were able to coordinate my material request. I have purchased from both locations before and I am are very satisfied. The materials were delivered on time and were loaded properly. I look forward to working with them for my roofing needs.”

“We purchased two 12x6 steel soccer goals a year ago, and they've held up very well. We took the goals down for the winter, but otherwise they stay outside 24/7. A few days ago, we had a 150 lb. deer run through a net, drag the goal 50' across our yard, slammed the goal against and across a steel trailer and then into a tree. The net was destroyed, but the goal survived with very little damage. I'm genuinely surprised at how sturdy these goals are.”

“Curbside pickup. I have 4 little ones with me, and Curbside pickup is always my go-to. Since I've been doing Curbside pickup, 5 years now, only 2 times have I experienced an issue with my order (items missing or wrong items given to me) and making this right has been an easy process. First, i tried calling the store (1 out 2 they answered and assisted), when unavle to get a hold of then, I called customer service and they instantly refunded the missing items. I will continue to do Curbside pickup until it is no longer convenient for me.”

“I purchased a table set back in 2025 due to a garage fire we had in 2024 I shopped around different furniture places to replace some of the items that was destroyed or removed from the house due to asbestos contamination. I found AMB furniture ordered the table and chairs receive it great condition after having the set for approximately a year one of My side chairs broke. I called to inquire about a replacement. They were very kind. They got me a new replacement back. Definitely recommend them. I had no problems trying to replace what had been broken. “They were open on Saturday excellent place for Licensed AC and Heating people, had my AC capacitor in stock, the gentlemen behind the counter were good. The price was also fair. The only reason i gave them a 4 star and not 5 review is the rough area in San Bernardino but thats not Johnstone fault.”

“Earlier today, I visited this sams club location with my grandma and mom. Upon walking in the store, we had already been looking for one of the ride on carts that are for people with disabilities. After searching for 15 min outside, my grandma was starting to feel sick from the heat, granted she is 84 years old and barely walking. We then went to look for somewhere to sit inside where she could cool off. This is where we met the sweetheart, Veronica, who was todays door person. Without hesitation, Veronica got my grandma a chair to sit on and quickly asked if she needed water. Next, she ask if we had requested a driving cart, which we quickly replied yes. Veronica then got on her walkie talkie and said that a customer was waiting for one of these rare carts. After Veronica called it out, one of the other employees brought it straight to my grandma. Veronica also provided my grandma with a bottle of water because she was aware that she was elderly and in the heat leading up to our entrance into the store. We were so stunned at the level of service that this young sweetheart provided. During our shopping trip and ride home, my grandma couldn't stop talking about how sweet this young girl was. These are the type of employees who make you want to shop at certain store. Veronica deserves some major recognition from the company because very few people these days go above and beyond to make an impact on customers lives. We all look forward to seeing her the next time we shop here. My grandma is forever thankful for the courtesy and kindness that Veronica provided to my family today. I hope to see you soon and I hope this recognition finds its way to someone who can give this kind soul a Pat on the back and return the favor that she provided to us today.”

“This location is always clean, well stocked, and the produce selection is good. The employees are friendly and helpful. Tonight specifically, it was my first time trying a "drive-up pick-up" order. I didn't want to be an inconvenience, but they looked very busy/backed up. So rather than waiting, I asked if I could just pick the items myself and simultaneously take an order off their plate.. Eric was so friendly, so helpful. I ended up being more of an inconvenience rather than lightening their workload, so I apologized endlessly but Eric and a couple other gentlemen were so nice, reassuring, and friendly. I normally shop myself using scan and go which is awesome. I LOVE when they have the "alcohol for Scan and Go" checkout lane open, but sometimes it's closed.”

But those who looked for long-term benefits like energy savings or good warranties were much happier, scoring 777 and 770.
