“Love this place, - it never happens that I walk out of this place empty handed. And the staff is super friendly, polite and has knowledge where what is, even difficult to find items. They only thing what I would suggest...... A solution to accommodate people at the register. It's sometimes a nightmare. Not sure why customers look for their chapstick when they have to look for the credit/debit card. Or why do 4 kids decide to tell mama, that they need a drink at the register and can't decide which ones they want. Well, we're all humans...... But please have in those cases a second register on standby. By the time I get out of the store to fulfill the flooded emergency case, the customer needs a life vest, - of course he/she could get that one at ACE..... Wonder if that is a tactic to upsell?!”
