“Had a clog in my garbage disposal which we have only literally used maybe 3 times since we moved in a year ago. Was disposing of some pieces of vegetables when suddenly there was smoke coming from the disposal below the cabinet. Sent in a maintenance request right away. Ryan L. came pretty quickly to take a look. He replaced the disposal and the smoke and smell went away. Thank you Ryan! I appreciate the efficiency and your kind personality and customer service. ???”
“Everyone was incredibly helpful with my move in. I'm in the military and do not always have a lot of time to myself. They stayed back for me to sign documents after they closed. Noel came with me and showed me my apartment and the facilities because I did not have a chance to look at the apartment before moving in. I am very pleased with the place and am happy with where it is located. A great place to live.”
“It's a nice quiet gated place to live there with your family, there's just no parking for visitors. Parking is always an issue. It's close to all.”

“We have been living in the complex for a few months. Thanks to Ismael for guiding us in the process, it is our first apartment arriving from Mexico to the United States, the place is very nice, our apartment is newly remodeled, Don Nacho is also very accessible to repair anything, everything has gone well for us here, we are very happy, the only minor issue is the detail with the owners of the dogs who are not educated, they take them for a walk in another area other than theirs and they leave their feces on the grass, I have children and I do not allow them to walk on the grass because Unfortunately in any space you can find dog poop, I have seen that it is mostly Mexicans who do that, their actions are very unfortunate, there should be a ban on pets since an apartment is not the right place.”
“We’ve lived here a little over a year now and so far we love it! Caroline is amazing! She made moving in such a breeze. Anytime I need anything she responds so quickly and gets it done right away. It’s such a relief to live somewhere that you can truly rely on and trust staff members. We look forward to living here many more years to come.”

“Been here 2 years. Corner unit. I never had any pest problems. Just the occasional roach or spider which is normal. They have a cortesey pest service who will teach you about rental treatment in regards to local pests for the area. They went into detail about daily habits, trash smells etc. The Orkin guy said I live clean, so no problems there. Sad to leave due to relocation to Nevada. Best little apartment I've had to date! My corner unit is private, best view, awesome lighting for my plants. Immediate Fwy access to the 78/college. Good neighbors. My side of A4 we all knew eachother and looked out for one another. I hope the new tenant(s) love my apartment just as much as I have. If I come back to California, I'm returning here. Johnathan and his team are hands down the best in the business.”

“Property management changes has made all the difference in this lovely little complex. Previous personnel were often non-responsive and slow to address challenging residents. The improved management team lives onsite and responds to resident issues in real-time or as quickly as possible. Any requests for repair were addressed within 24 hours and were consistently effective. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. I have two daughters and both were safe in the community and on-site over the four years that we lived here. This is an excellent choice for a comfortable, quiet, and safe residential living experience.”
“I cannot say enough good things about RPM, from start to finish, from viewing their listing online, setting up an appointment to meet someone for a showing, to moving in. They are incredibly professional, punctual, and kind. I was looking for an apartment for my widowed mom, close to my house, and every staff member at RPM was a true pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating to me and my mom’s schedule. The interface for uploading documents for their application was easy. They were prompt in helping me when I had questions. When my mom got approved, I was impressed with all of the “before” photos they took of the apartment, which of course, helps protect the owner and the tenant. RPM was quick to answer and help with my mom’s move-in and setup questions, and helped facilitate speedy repairs when my mom tore a screen and broke a blind. I had to go to their office at one point to pick up an extra key and everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and helpful.
I feel like RPM truly has both the owner and tenants’ best interest in mind and work very hard at keeping both parties happy and feeling secure.”

“Really great! At one point we had some maintenance issues, (wasn't their fault, or anyone else's) but they came and fixed it so fast there wasn't any problem at all!!”
