“Had a clog in my garbage disposal which we have only literally used maybe 3 times since we moved in a year ago. Was disposing of some pieces of vegetables when suddenly there was smoke coming from the disposal below the cabinet. Sent in a maintenance request right away. Ryan L. came pretty quickly to take a look. He replaced the disposal and the smoke and smell went away. Thank you Ryan! I appreciate the efficiency and your kind personality and customer service. ???”

“Sammy from maintenance has always had our back. He came less than a day after we submitted our support ticket and was able to fix 2 issues in the same day. Can’t say enough good things.”

“We have been living in the complex for a few months. Thanks to Ismael for guiding us in the process, it is our first apartment arriving from Mexico to the United States, the place is very nice, our apartment is newly remodeled, Don Nacho is also very accessible to repair anything, everything has gone well for us here, we are very happy, the only minor issue is the detail with the owners of the dogs who are not educated, they take them for a walk in another area other than theirs and they leave their feces on the grass, I have children and I do not allow them to walk on the grass because Unfortunately in any space you can find dog poop, I have seen that it is mostly Mexicans who do that, their actions are very unfortunate, there should be a ban on pets since an apartment is not the right place.”

“My partner and I just moved in a few months ago and have absolutely loved living here so far. The apartments are super cute and if you are on the bottom floor you even have your own backyard. Shai in the office is really great to work with and has been so welcoming! The community is really wonderful and the entire complex is so well taken care of.”

“Quiet community with friendly and helpful staff. Yes, parking can be a bit challenging, but the property now offers reserved parking spots via a user-friendly app. The live/work spaces are great for those that run their business from home, or for individuals who are fully virtual. Centrally located to the mall, shopping center, and grocery stores. Also close to the main gate of Camp Pendleton. I appreciate that they are a dog friendly community.”

“Sara in the office does an amazing job.

Modernized interiors. Cox cable is pre installed. Some units include gas fireplace or washer/dryer hookup.

Parking is good.

Laundry well maintained, grounds kept up.

The shared amenities are nice - gym, pool, barbecue.

The tall trees are nice and the bird sounds are pleasant, sometimes there is an ocean breeze, and it is a nicely landscaped setting.

Look for an outer unit facing the street, if you like more quiet and privacy.

Extra charges include a combination of water, trash and sewer fees, on a sliding scale, depending on how many people are in the unit.

The entrance street is out of the way and fairly quiet, not a lot of through traffic. Easy access to the bus, highway and shops. There is a gas station and mini mart within short walking distance. Also very close to Tri City hospital and emergency room.”
