“The Bonsall Pet Hospital provides such excellent care for both owners and their pets! I've been taking my dog, Benji, there for years. They remember his name when we come in, which really improves the customer service. They understand that both you and your pet may be anxious while there, but they take the time to examine your pet and do so with love. I was at peace of mind, knowing that Benji was receiving the best care possible! The staff + doctors are so friendly and patient. It means a lot that they're willing to explain everything so that I can understand what's going on, what needs to be done, what the medication/treatment would do, and explain everything on the bill (so that I can decide if there's things that aren't necessary at the moment to get). “I just moved to Fallbrook and my office staff recommended Dr Jones who’s literally next building over. Dr Jones was very warm and personable and gave me great advice on being a new business owner in town. It’s the first time I got in and out as a new patient under an hour. I’m used to waiting for almost an hour just to get placed in a room with our pets. That was the next best part of our visit. Dr Jones also said my dog has impeccable teeth, which makes any dog mama dentist super happy. Obviously coming back here because they’re a nice neighbor :) and I know I won’t lose a half day bringing my pet in.”

“This place is great. We recently moved up here from PB and have been struggling to find a good veterinarian. Most places up here are a ripoff and gouge their customers. I’m all for giving my dog the best but I’m not for getting ripped off. This place is totally different and the care and time the staff gave us during the visit was great! “I brought my newly adopted dog here this week. The online appointment booking is extremely convenient. This is the only vet office that I have experienced that usually has next day appointments. The office itself feels nicer than most medical offices, and has cozy seating for pets. Check in was quick, and we were immediately placed into a nice room. The staff was extremely nice, and made Kira feel comfortable. The vet tech, and vet were also knowledgeable and kind. I brought my dog in for a check up, and minor concerns. I thought I’d be leaving with at least a $500 bill, and it was a fourth of that. 10/10 for our first visit, and this will become our primary!”
“I had to ease my pals suffering. And these ladies helped me with the greatest care you could possibly imagine. I've written this about 8 times.. and keep choking up. Not all sad, though. “I can't begin to say or write enough about how wonderful the staff is at Mohnacky Animal Hospital in Vista. They treat my sweet Luna as if she's the only fur baby being seen. Our sweet girl clearly feels that she is cared for and loved and so do we as her Pawrents. The office staff is top-notch and Dr. Binotti is fantastic. The Executive Director Heather treats us like family and is so knowledgeable, and reassuring and we feel as though we have known her forever. “I have been taking my dogs here since even before Dr. Sherman took over the practice. I have always had a fantastic experience with Dr. Sherman. I really really like him. He’s done surgery to remove a lump on my older lab and did a fantastic job. He spayed another of my dogs. I’ve never had any problems! He’s super knowledgeable and never seems to want to upcharge you like other vets like to do.”

“I wish I known this place. Been looking and calling around for inexpensive neutering in the area and I was so surprised w the estimates, worth giving a try. The surgery for my 2yr old GSD was great, the doctors did an excellent job and staff showed extra care for my fur baby and made me feel calm and comfortable despite the notes I told them from the previous vet, negative feedback from former place (VETCO) where my dog records from birth.
I will move my dog and cats care here and will share my own experience to my friends and families ❤️?”
“This was our first time at Melrose Vet Hospital. The Doctor was thorough and quick with her assessment. I came here on a recommendation and I was very happy with the professional staff and clean offices. My dachshund can be spicy ?️ and everyone took great care to make her feel comfortable. It was a bit slow getting out of the office but I’m not sure if that was because they were busy or because it was a relatively early appointment. We will come back for sure.”

“Dr Ichord and and his entire team looked after and cared for my beloved pets 5+ years ago. I relocated to Vegas and came back 7 years later with my new pup as my others passed a while ago and the vet entire practice etc. are here still. I was so relieved and happy. If that doesn't speak volumes on how great the care for your furbaby is, customer service and operations are Im not sure what will :) coming back this many years later and still extremely satisfied. I called so many vets clinics hospitals you name it the prices were all very very high for the exam, blood panel and more as, therefore the things you want to get many items addressed or done you have to do slowly if on a budget. There prices are way more reasonable and more family minded in my opinion. Dr. Ichord and even the front office team explains everything out to where you don't ever feel rushed, you don't feel like you left missing anything and your dog/animal comes out happy. The appointment is worth the wait if you have to trust me. Riley will always come here :) thank you San Marcos Vet Clinic taking care of us always!”

“I use their veterinarian services for my working pack and show llama herd. Their veterinarians have expertise working with llamas carefully on administering anesthesia, which is phenomenal. Llamas are much more sensitive to anesthesia. Their facility is top tier and staff highly professional, the coffee and waiting rooms are really comfortable if you're waiting for your animal to be cared for. They've successfully done surgery mending a broken front leg, neonatal care, and respiratory issues investigating breathing wheezing issue on a new breeding stud llama purchase, which enabled me to get a full refund on the animal based on their report.
