The 20 Mule Team Museum is a free, small museum in Boron offering a nice break from the highway. It is easily accessible and filled with rich local history, covering mining, Boron, and how borax shaped Death Valley. The museum features unique and amazing displays, cool dioramas depicting the 20 mule team, great historical artifacts, and a replica miner's cottage outside. The friendly and knowledgeable docents provide informative context, making it a must-see, top-notch experience more than worth the stop. Visitors can also find indoor restrooms and a small gift shop.
A lot to see inside on rich history of the local area the guy inside was very friendly and Acknowledge us along with showed us around very much worth the trip.

It's a very interesting museum; the guide was very enthusiastic in explaining the history of the borax mine.
