When needing to replace a diverter valve in a shower, Oscar walked me through the entire process. He drew a diagram of the parts, instruced me on the required tools and found the right replacement when I came back with the part. We are fortunate to have such great customer service in our area!

There's some price gouging going on they charged me $4.99 for a 45 degree elbow galvanized and it was only $3 at the Ace Hardware on Highway 12 in Santa Rosa. I'm not going back there and I wouldn't recommend that store to anybody

I've lived in Boyes for 40 years and Parsons has been there for all of my home repair needs! Forget the big stores. If you live in Sonoma and want 1st rate service and product availability, look no further.
