“My daughters are college students at Cal State Fullerton and Cal Poly Pomona and have recently moved in. This is a beautiful community with the streams throughout. The office took really great care of everything and our apartment is perfect for what they need. It seems very quiet and safe here too. They know 2 other residents here and it has been wonderful. There is more parking available here than at places directly next to the college... fyi.”

It’s month to month lease which is favorable since we were in CA temporarily due to my husband’s work assignment.Clean and well-maintained complex.Management are awesome, efficient, helpful and friendly .Thanks to Cecilia, the Manager, Melissa, the leasing consultant . Also to Matt and the rest of the maintenance team . You are all the best. Thanks for making our stay a wonderful one .I highly recommend this place .”
