“Our family lived here for 6 yrs and we absolutely loved it. Amazing value for the money. Schools in the area are A1. Location is in great proximity to all shopping and local restaurants. Management and maintenance team are truly outstanding. They are all very friendly and make you feel like a part of the community. Cecilia took over as the manager a few years ago and we instantly saw a turnaround in the complex. She is truly an exceptional manager. She installed additional lighting in the walkways and security cameras in the parking areas and both vehicle entrances to the complex. Upgraded gym equipment and free weights were added. Brand new playground equipment and regularly maintained play area. Juan, Matt and Jared in maintenance are always quick to take care of any issues that arise around the complex or in the unit. All around great community and place for a family to live. My kids had so many friends in the complex and we made friends with quite a few of the parents as well. Lots of the people who live here have lived here for quite a while. Usually I find that a good sign of a solid place to stick around. If we hadn't found a home for our family, we would definitely still live here. Inner apartments off the street side are a bit more quiet. We lived upstairs and rarely ever heard the neighbors except for some surround sound systems but that's normal for apartment living. I highly recommend this place if you're considering moving in here. Thank you Cecilia and the rest of the team. We will miss you all.”

“My daughters are college students at Cal State Fullerton and Cal Poly Pomona and have recently moved in. This is a beautiful community with the streams throughout. The office took really great care of everything and our apartment is perfect for what they need. It seems very quiet and safe here too. They know 2 other residents here and it has been wonderful. There is more parking available here than at places directly next to the college... fyi.”
