“Going on to month 2 being here and so far I’ve loved every bit of it, Matt has been outstanding from day one, maintenance staff has been quick to fix any small issue I’ve had, neighbors are great, very quiet neighborhood, moved her based on good reviews of the place and AMC and have yet to be disappointed. Biggest complaint I have is trash cans get overly full and can smell a bit at times, but that’s just being nit picky and having to walk past them every day. Otherwise I’d definitely recommend this place to family and friends.”

“I have lived here for a year and the service has been nothing but incredible every time. Every single time I enter the leasing office I’m always greeted by great people and they either always have an answer to my questions or will try their best to. I was in an incredibly stressful situation and Victoria helped me out through every part. What would’ve been an insanely stressful move out was instead so incredibly accommodating and the best experience I’ve ever had with any company!”

“I'm moving into University Village in August and have had a great experience so far. The leasing process has been really smooth, and all of my questions have been answered quickly and thoroughly. Everyone has been helpful, but I especially appreciate how responsive and supportive the staff has been throughout the process. They've made everything much less stressful and helped me feel confident about my decision to move here. Looking forward to moving in and becoming part of the community! A special thank you to Bailey Silva , for being so helpful and answering all of my questions along the way! 😊”
