“My husband and I moved into City Pointe apartments in January of this year, and we love it here. Ralph was very helpful regarding the application process, and we were given our results in less than 15 minutes. He answered all our emails and was quick to lend a hand if we needed it. He told us about good restaurants to try out as well. Brian and Scott are great! When we had a walk-through of our apartment, something needed to be fixed, and Scott fixed it right away. When we had an issue after hours, Brian immediately came to our apartment and fixed the problem. We just had another little problem, and Brian was there to help us. There is a lady who cleans every floor and around the property; she always keeps everything clean and is excellent! I appreciate all that the CP team does! This team gets 5 starts from us!”

He also replied as soon as he could to all of my emails/texts whenever I had a question or needed anything. Sad to have left but definitely recommend!”

“Next month marks 10 years living at Cinnamon Ridge! I LOVE my apartment, and LOVE living in this beautiful, hillside complex! Too often people only write Yelp reviews when they're unhappy with something, but not often enough do we write to praise something. We expect good service and products. Stephanie Bates, Resident Manager, and Jenny, Leasing Manager are both superb, and have done an excellent job to resolve and improve tenant issues in the complex. Felipe and Raul, the Maintenance Managers, are also on top of things, and keep the place in good working order. Santiago has done a beautiful job with the landscaping the entire 10 years I've been here! The place is lush and manicured. Arnel Property Management has around 20 complexes around Orange County, and they're all nicely maintained. They're not necessarily the cheapest, but they're among the best.”

“The staff in the office are very nice, especially Taylor and Annie, who always greet me with a big smile and approach me with a positive attitude. The complex is very close to campus which is convenient for me as someone who doesn't drive yet. Although, I have heard many complaints from other residents about the parking situation. If you DO NOT RESERVE and SECURE a parking spot at UV Fullerton, you will struggle most and almost all days of the week to find a parking spot near your place. Most people who go to CSUF tend to park on campus and walk half a mile to get home.”
