“Going on to month 2 being here and so far I’ve loved every bit of it, Matt has been outstanding from day one, maintenance staff has been quick to fix any small issue I’ve had, neighbors are great, very quiet neighborhood, moved her based on good reviews of the place and AMC and have yet to be disappointed. Biggest complaint I have is trash cans get overly full and can smell a bit at times, but that’s just being nit picky and having to walk past them every day. Otherwise I’d definitely recommend this place to family and friends.”
“The apartments, grounds, courtyard, pool, gym, walkways and all other areas are beautiful, modern, maintained, clean and quiet, and Syria, the leasing office person who showed me around, was kind, courteous, helpful, informative and professional !”
“My parents Juan and Silvia have lived at Cinnamon Ridge for almost one year now and they have had the most wonderful experience living there so far. They tell me the neighborhood and location of the complex are fantastic but also the staff of the complex really makes living there worth it. As someone who lives and works in LA, it’s hard being apart from my parents, but from the minute we toured with Sarah I Immediately felt they were in good hands. I can have peace of mind knowing that they are well taken care of.

“This is the first apartment I ever moved in and I was there for 6 months. I moved there because it was my first semester at CSUF and being walking distance from the campus was wonderful. The application process was very simple and easy. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Favour and Maria for helping me and my cousin out with the process and whenever we had questions and concerns. The apartment interior itself was pretty neat and modern. Amenities were great and the community was so quiet and nice. I will miss the surrounding food places and how close we were to big stores like Target. Fullerton weather will be missed as well!”
