“Having lived here for 12 years it was hard to say goodbye. Many changes over the years but I leave highly recommending this place to call home. The maintenance staff are always quick to address issues, staff are personable and it has become a family environment here. Cecilia the area manager has gone above and beyond to accommodate requests and I appreciate the communication she and the staff have continued to make a priority. This has truly been my favorite apartment complex in my entire life. They set the bar pretty high. Im going to miss living here but a new chapter awaits.”

“Miguel Ramirez is wonderful—always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. During his visit, he noticed a burned-out light bulb and offered to replace it, even though I hadn’t submitted a request for it. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness and the extra care he takes. We’re lucky to have him on the maintenance team at Raintree!”

“My daughters are college students at Cal State Fullerton and Cal Poly Pomona and have recently moved in. This is a beautiful community with the streams throughout. The office took really great care of everything and our apartment is perfect for what they need. It seems very quiet and safe here too. They know 2 other residents here and it has been wonderful. There is more parking available here than at places directly next to the college... fyi.”
