Kevin assisted me at this mall. He was professional, fun, knowledgeable.
It was my first time to have a bad time in an Apple Store after buying a $1000 phone in Beverly center.
Because I ran away from them, I needed to get back to an Apple Store & choose the perfect phone case on hand.
Because of my experience, I am scared to go back but my trust came back after being assisted with cool people & the crowd on the table I’m in is good too.

They have no loaner need to wait 3 days even than the loaner has only 128GB!!! WHO HAVE 128GB just the system use 2/3 of that memory! They make you to buy 512 or 1tb than give u a loaner of 128 good luck if u are off line or have slow connection! Apple got worst and just better to make money for themself! Steve Jobs was for sure a difficult person but for sure care about user experience!

Technology can be your best friend and biggest enemy. I seem to constantly have troubles with my Apple products lately.
For whatever reason, my Apple watch will not stay paired to my new iPhone. I've tried troubleshooting it on my own. The Apple Support app gives detailed instructions on how to fix issues, but nothing seemed to work.
My last resort was to bring my Apple watch in stores. I was warmly greeted upon arrival. Of course, the store is busy as usual. After explaining my issues, I was put on a waitlist for the Genius Bar. They text you once a tech became available. I surprisingly didn't wait too long; only under 10 min.
Shout out to Manuel for assisting me during my first visit. He was very knowledgable and explained everything with detail. Unfortunately, this became an issue that he couldn’t fix either, so we had to send my Apple Watch to the Apple Repair Center to get repaired. He quoted an estimate of 3-5 business days to get my Apple Watch back. Thankfully he was accurate.
I got email updates of my Apple Watch and its location and repairs. The Apple Store even called me when it became available to pick up in stores. During my second visit, Scarlett immediately greeted me and checked me in. Chris retrieved my Apple Watch and assisted me with repairing it to my iPhone.
My Apple Watch simply needed a system update. Let’s hope everything functions well from now on, and this is the last battle with my technology.

Very disappointed with the Apple Store at Brea Mall. I went before my warranty expired because my AirPods microphone wasn’t working. They replaced only the case and completely ignored the real issue. The AirPods still don’t work properly. I wasted my time and got no real help. I honestly expected much better service from Apple.

I went to Genius Bar in Brea yesterday late afternoon, the girl greeted me with a unfriendly attitude told me that my appointment was canceled because I was 10 minutes late. I rescheduled and went back this morning. My MacBook doesn’t power on completely stopped in the middle of the process, the technician said he had to reset the MacBook, after resetting my word app got erased. I decided to setup my recently purchased MacBook Pro, but I didn’t remember how I purchased Microsoft Office, the technician was assisting me told me that he would not be able to help so I need to schedule another appointment for the new MacBook in 3 hours, I waited for half hour hoping to get someone to help, luckily Matthew came to help, he is knowledgeable and professional, solved my problem within 30 minutes. I wish Apple could have more technician like Matthew, not so many staff walking around but not really interested or capable of solving problems. Apple needs to set up higher standard, If Apple store employees treat customers with such impatience and fail to actually solve their problems, Apple will soon go bankrupt.

Apple should really fire the manager of this store. Ordered to pick up, but had to wait in line with in store purchase. There were only two staffs to help order pick up. Other stores has no issue. Orderd online and came to pick up in store 5mn in and out, but not this one :) If I can rate 0 star, I would. Not to mention staff cannot help customers for order to pick up at 7:05pm “system is shut off after closed” I knew it was a lie. Incompetent manager

They had a line going out the door. Inside of the store, they had alot of people. There display and layout was great.

The store is far away but it's clean the people working here are amazing and Bria Molly's very huge so be prepared to get lost in the mall trying to find Apple store.
