“Outstanding service. Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent greeting I was dressed ultra casual (looked bummy)but wanting to investigate a couple of products. I ended up with a larger purchase because they were so knowledgeable. I couldn't see going back to home Depot or Ace for my Kamado. I was even surprised that they're selling affordable wagyu now. Great job.”

“I go to this home depot all the time. The employees are always helpful and friendly. There are 2 employees off hand that I want to be recognized for extraordinary customer service. One is Don in self check out and the other is Paul in returns. On 2 separate occasions I was in need of help and these guys were extra helpful and courteous. There are a number of other employees that have been helpful but these 2 stand out. I meant to do a review for Paul on my receipt but I lost it. Sorry.”

“I had a 2 year old Bosch dishwasher that stopped working. Water was not filling the dishwasher. Allied is a certified Bosch repair company. David came to my house and determined that I needed a new water valve, and, just in case, he ordered a new circuit board. It did take a long time for the parts to arrive. Christopher came to my house today and installed both parts. He was very friendly, professional and genuinely cared about fixing the problem. After reading these terrible reviews, I felt that I had to come to Allied's defense.”

“We needed a dryer ASAP because ours went caput. As soon as Pacific Sales opened at 10:00 AM, my husband and I were there. We were greeted by Sean who was very helpful and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. I told him we needed a dryer delivered the same week. We chose an LG dryer because I read they were the best and most reliable. Sean scheduled our delivery and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I took off one star because the young lady who checked us out at the front wasn't the most friendly employee. You can do better than that, Pacific Sales. We're repeat customers and so are my parents. It's possible to lose customers and referrals based on a negative experience with one employee.”
