Yesterday, my husband went to At&T to transfer from Spectrum. It's been a 21 hour nightmare with all three phones not working. Multiple attempts were made to resolve the unknown reason. He was assured that the phones were fixed. They were not. This morning he spent about an hour trying to have them fixed. He was again assured they were fixed. They were not. Then he tried again and was told that the problem was due to the cell phone tower. This was an inventive falsehood. He then drove to another AT&T office and they are all now working. But I have absolutely no confidence in AT&T and regret having switched providers plus you crossed a line by lying to us.

Always been happy with the service I've had with AT&T, but my most recent visit to this store cemented that. From the moment I walked in, Andre greeted me with a smile and immediately asked how he could be of help. Explained I was looking to replace/upgrade my son's busted phone, and possibly upgrade mine as well, so we got started.
He walked us through what was available without being pushy and trying to upsell me on something I may not have wanted, giving me time to think about which phone I was going with (Galaxy S24 Ultra, by the way). After settling on our new phones, he and Lina (I really hope I didn't get that wrong) stayed after hours helping us get everything set up and starting the data transfers. All while putting up with my corny dad jokes.
Thank you again to Andre and the rest of the staff there for proving my faith in AT&T is not misplaced.

We worked with a sales associate (Kobe Willis) who was passionate with helping us out. It's as if our issue was his issue. I own a business in which customer service is key, and this young man hit a home run. Bright future for him! Extremely impressed - thank you!

Kobe was so helpful in getting my iPhone’s number reactivated. My phone’s software was acting up where I had to have Apple switch some piece (s) out. When done, went to AT&T’s Brea location and was assisted by Kobe. He swiftly activated my phone, checked to see if I needed anything else, along with making sure all questions were answered. He was good about seeing if there was anything else i needed. It was an overall good visit. Great customer service, great representation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Angel has excellent customer service, very dedicated and knowleageable. Patient, compasionnate, sweet with the elderly people that we need all the assistance we can get. She is a 100% asset for the company. Shows leadership. Thanks so much. We have been coming to ATT and has been a long time customer of ATT.

The literal worst ATT store on the planet. The associate Daisy Velasco and the store manager Brandon Gonzalez are either wildly incompetent and/or straight up criminals.They were unable to unlock one of our devices so we could port it off our plan. Then they upsold us on a new data plan and promised us explicitly that the new bill would not increase at all. Then the new bills came and we were charged hundreds of dollars extra.Daisy and Brandon were unable to resolve the issue and ignored frequent requests for help via text, phone, and e-mail. They would regularly put us on hold for 30-60 minutes then hang up on us.Cost our company tons of time and money. Incredibly frustrated. Thankfully the corporate 1-800 number was able to help fix some of the mess but we are still considering suing them for damages. The situation is still not resolved and has been ongoing for months.Daisy and Brandon should be fired immediately. Huge liability for ATT. A civil claim would be a slam dunk against them (I have extensive written records) and based on some of the other reviews they may be committing criminal offenses as well.Absolutely disgusting experience. Avoid at all costs.
