“For the second time in three months, I was in need of auto body repair for our cars. I was stopped at a light in my newly purchased used 2020 Infiniti QX-60 when I was rear-ended in August and my daughter backed her new 2023 Mazda CX-5 into another car last week in our church parking lot. Both needed rear bumper replacements in addition to additional parts hidden behind the bumper. We received great customer service throughout the repair process on both cars. They were ready to be picked up sooner than we expected and both looked as good as new. I think my vehicle actually looked better than when I bought it just six months ago from the dealer. You would never know either vehicle had been in an accident. Both repair experiences were the best I have ever had at an auto body repair shop. Unfortunately for me, I have had more than my share of these repair experiences. There is no doubt where I will be having all future auto body repairs done. Crash Champions in Brea is the only auto body shop I will be using as long as I live in Orange County.Service: Painting”
“I took my Lincoln into a dealership due to a red engine light. They said it would cost $700 to fix it. I went to Brea Brake and Radiator and told them what the dealership said had to be done. They asked if I wanted to have them check it out before doing it. I said ok. They said that the service suggested by the dealership was not needed, fixed the engine light and I have not had trouble with it since. Needless to say, this is where I am now taking my car.”

“I had a very good experience with DriverMods. I ordered a pretty complex system of body protection upgrades, comprising of numerous parts and part numbers that can be integrated in various ways. To be clear, there were three small issues: one item arrived slightly damaged, one item was wrong, and I later found that I needed one additional item. However, they were very fair and dealt with the issues promptly. To me, their care and dedication to "making things right" shows me more about them than if I had had no issues at all. The added time to make the corrections was definitely inconvenient, but their fantastic pricing made up for that. In the end, I'd give them 4.5 stars as it wasn't perfect but they did what needed to be done to make me a very satisfied customer!”

“First of all, let me start off by saying...I am not sure who would give anyone a horrible rating on here for their customer service and product... I had an issue with my the new Vision Powersteps on my 24 Tundra Hybrid.. They were installed by a company in San Diego, which I thought was reputable and reliable in their installations... So after the steps not deploying like they should ( on any door opening, staying open after 1 of the 4 doors is shut, and yes, the dreaded LED bar issue ). I had contacted their engineer on this and he [Eric] was happy to help and go through all the steps to figure out how this is happening...first step was finding out the App had bugs, which was fixed in version IOS 1.7 ... it was not reading a door [right rear passenger] was open... that was fixed with the app update and firmware update to the control module[s]... it was fixed for the most part...but still I had to open the driver's door prior to any other door, making the steps deploy.. I knew I had to be wrong, but I let it go to wait for an answer.. Eric helped me every step of the way thru troubleshooting... then the LED bar went bad...that is when I was at a loss...he assured me that they would do what it took to fix this so others would not go thru this process or problem...he ordered me a new LED strip and came down from Orange County CA to my office in San Diego, CA personally to fix my steps...he is super knowledgeable, easy going, friendly, and most of all he fixed the issue! Now you are thinking what I was thinking... how was it so easy?!?! Well.....it was not anything to do with AMP Research or Real Truck....how is that you say? The pics will do it justice... this was "professionally" installed...but it was done incorrectly...the wires near the ODB2 sensor was tapped into the wrong white wire one, two they somehow cut the line that the line for the LED bar was on and tried to fix it cheaply by wrapping it in electrical tape! Really?! Yes! I was in shock, embarrassed, and felt stupid that I made a big deal abiut the amount of money paid for this and the lack of durability on their end...egg on my face....Eric fixed the problem in less than hours time..and even went thru thr whole install to double check everything and even make sure it worked after he left..this morning...without even a beat missing, the steps deployed as intended, the lights worked properly, and everything is great! Their customers do come first! I am a firm believer in this company and standing behind their products. Should you have any issues like I did with mine, my guess is reaching out to talk to them and explaining how you read my review.... maybe the solution is just as easy.. thank you again!

“I purchased a Stage 1 FX Racing Products Dual Friction Clutch and lightened flywheel for my 1990 2.8 VR6 Corrado. I am extremely pleased with the performance of the product and the customer service. The product shipped essentially immediately and was here within 2 days well before the bolts arrived from another distributor. The clutch/ pressure plate was not blue as pictured but the website stated the photo was stock and the product may differ so ... I knew that was a possibility. The install wasn't entirely smooth but that came down to decrepit rear caliper bleed valves, nothing to do with Grip Force. Fifty miles in and the car revs up so fast, the clutch is so smooth, it's fantastic. I forgot to mention, less sane as OEM.Highly recommend.”
“Easy peasy. Filed everything through State Farm app. Got a list of repair shops, and chose Fix Auto in Brea. Fix Auto called me right away and scheduled appointment to look at my Tesla. When I brought my car in for the repairs, they called me a Lyft to get my rental car. They kept me informed via text about the progress of the repair (like when they ordered the parts, when the parts came in, and when they started repairs, etc.). Fixed in 10 days. Brought back the rental car. Didn’t even have to return it to Hertz, they took care of it all. Car looks great! Friendly service. What more could you ask for.”
