I can't thank O'Reilly's enough for the amazing customer service! I accidentally locked myself out of my car, and an employee named Anthony came to the rescue. He didn't hesitate to offer his help and quickly helped me unlock my car. I was honestly stressed and embarrassed, but Anthony was so calm and kind, making the whole experience much easier to handle. This type of exceptional service is rare these days, and it truly made my day. O'Reilly’s is lucky to have such a helpful and caring team member. “Purchased two batteries from Continental for my GMC 2500 roughly 1.5 years ago and out of no where my truck wouldn’t start. I wanted quality batteries for my truck so I purchased the Platinum series from them. Called and spoke to both Louis and Miguel. Miguel explained the process to me in detail and told me to bring the batteries in because they’d have to charge the batteries over night, and test them in the morning. If the batteries cells tested bad under a load test they would give me replacements. Called the next day and spoke to Louis and he told me my cells were in fact bad after testing them and that I could come and pick up my replacements! He also explained to me that my 3 year warranty starts over again from the day they replaced them. If that isn’t A+ service and a company that stands behind their product, I don’t know what is! Highly recommend Continental Battery Systems for all your battery needs. Thank you guys. Will definitely recommend all family and friends rather than going to a chain auto parts store and buying a battery that’s been sitting on the shelves for God knows how long.”

“I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts cause I needed the engine light check service which they offer to run it for free. Kiki was friendly and helpful, great customer service. Kiki run it right away without any problems. I had to go back to the store for another reason and this time I was helped by Jay. Just as Kiki, Jay was wonderful and helped me without any problems too. Both times I left the store knowing what was wrong with my car and received great customer service. “Just wanna say that O’Reilly‘s on Ballwin Beach is well managed. I just wanna say thank you to Brendan. He was wonderful. I got there at 7:20. They opened the door right at 7:30 came out open the door and said hello. I walked Danny. He says how can I help you? I said my car needs Freon then he was able to look me up in the computer got the Freon was kind enough to put it in still waiting on customers. He did wait on a custom couple customers while I waited, that was no problem. Great service great smile on my air conditioning. I can now drive in peace and cool. I would recommend O’Reillys to any female that single that needs help with their vehicle. Nice courteous, polite, clean store just an overall wonderful experience and his name was BRENDON Brendan.”

“I just had my battery replaced at O'reilly on ball and brookhurst in Anaheim, and they provided me with an amazing service. They gave me a very reasonable price on optima red top for my RX 350 2012, and they replaced it for me as well in no time. Also they tested my alternator; as they were so pleasant and cordial and mostly professional. In short I recommend everybody to go to this particular location; amazing staff in terms of energy, and efficiency...”
