OMG!! I just had a once in a lifetime experience!! This bank had a line of people waiting, and they OPENED 8 min EARLY!! I am almost 60, and I have NEVER seen this happen!! And to top it off, the staff was super friendly!!

I was the only person in line & there were 2 tellers but had to wait 7 minutes to be helped. Doesn't sound long but I always get helped within 60-90 seconds at my favorite branch on Imperial/Kraemer... with 1 or 2 tellers working.
