“I absolutely love Financial Partners Credit Union, my self and my family have been members for many years and I couldn’t be happier. In some ways it’s like old school banking, I always have a real person to speak with whenever I have to call them (which is not a lot). I have always felt like I am getting personal service for whatever I need. If you go into a branch office, you get/ have amazing personal service. All of my family uses FPCU for all of their financial services, I hope you do as well because it’s worth it!!”
“This location in Brea has been pretty reliable and friendly with the associates here always being helpful and nice whenever I come in but Betty has really been great in helping me with any banking issues I've had in the past.
She has been working at many other Banc of California locations in the past but I am happy she is at this Brea branch now. She always takes care of any questions I have and definitely goes above and beyond.

“It was my first time visiting the Comerica Bank in Brea, and I had a truly pleasant experience—thanks to Josh. I initially called to inquire about their current CD rates and the process involved. I mentioned my concern about time, as I would be coming in during my lunch break. Josh assured me the entire transaction would take about 15 minutes, which gave me peace of mind.
Not only did he accommodate my preferred day and time for an appointment, but when I arrived, I was immediately impressed by the welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, courteous, and genuinely pleasant. Josh had everything prepared in advance—documents ready for review and signature—and we were done in just 6 minutes!

“Banks have to be a magnet for bad reviews. After all why would someone bother to post a good one. Well here are my findings regarding my 4:30 pm visit today to the Brea branch:
There were 5 atms, three of which give money in various bills from 10's to 100's.
There were three tellers and a line two customers deep.
They could not handle my request to buy Euros or Turkish Lira but explained those currencies could be ordered for delivery the next business day.
The operation was being overseen by Alex who was very helpful and spent additional time with me away from the tellers to help research BofA affiliate banks in Turkey and compare exchange rates.
The bank grounds and interior were immaculate.”

“I went in to cash a check and reopen my checking account and also open a savings account. Darlene and Cat and branch manager David were amazing help. They were quick to get me the attention and assistance needed. My account was flagged and they help me clear it up on the spot. I got a new debit card in hand before I left. I got assistance with my online banking and was able to adjust me online Preferences easily with Darlene’s help. I would love to thank Darlene and Cat for there help and assistance in my time of need! Job well done! I will be ensure to recommend this location and bank!”
