Adaya at the Brea store was particularly helpful, assisting a customer with ordering pants by phone and having them delivered to her home. Another customer, along with her sister, was assisted by Yolanda, who was patient and helped them pick out three super cute outfits. The store has also provided excellent customer service, as demonstrated by Regina Poppe's handling of a customer's return. Despite the customer being unable to return the items due to illness, Regina offered to process the return for her, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

I had a lovely experience at this store. They helped me find what I was looking for. When I mentioned I would need to iron it when I got back to my hotel, they offered to steam it for me. They had it ready in 25 minutes. Above a beyond. Excellent customer service!

Adaya at the Brea store was so helpful. I ordered pants by phone to be delivered to my home & she looked for the slacks in the store & took care of everything.
