“I love Nordstrom, their customer service is top notch. I wish they hadn’t closed so many of them during the pandemic the closest one to me is in Brea. I usually will order things online and have them delivered to the store. They are always so courteous, helpful. Last year I purchased my daughter’s prom dress and they were able to fit her in the same day I bought the dress for a seamstress to hem the dress (my daughter is only 5’1”). She did a fantastic job and my daughter LOVED the dress. I will be a Nordstrom customer for life!”

“Sam is such a cool chic, she always is very attentive and on point when it came to picking up my order...she already knew my full name when I came in to get my order. She cares about her job and her customers which is not very common nowadays especially after COVID. A lot of retail workers are not as genuine and helpful like Sam. She helped me find the best deals and also she even gave me the best life advise!! “Stepped into AT hoping to find an outfit for my daughter’s new internship. What we found was a GEM named Marg! Marge knows how clothing should fit, is fully aware of the store assortment, and offered great advice. The store was immaculate, perfectly sized, and the associates all seemed to work as one team. Marg completed our transaction with items from instore and online and even convinced me to apply for an AT cc. Listen up Ann Taylor, if you want to know how to get customers off their computers and back into your brick and mortar stores watch what Marg does and replicate. I’ll be driving back to you Brea store because of the service I received today. Thank you Marg for reminding me what customer service really looks like.”

“Urban Outfitters is one of my favorite stores in the Brea Mall. This location is not as large as other UOs, but its facilities are well-organized. I like that they have different kinds of merchandise besides clothing & apparel; they also have accessories, home goods, beauty products, and vintage items, etc. Other Urban Outfitters locations may have more selections, and the merchandise may not be out of stock as often. Their prices are not cheap because they focus on a premium pricing model, but some of their designs are unique and attractive.”

“Had a really enjoyable shopping experience at Macy’s in Brea Mall. This location is spacious, well-maintained, and carries a wide variety of products — from clothing and shoes to fragrances and home items — all in one place, which makes it super convenient.
What stood out to me was how organized everything is. Even though it’s a large department store, it doesn’t feel messy or overwhelming. Each section is clearly laid out, making it easy to find what you’re looking for or just browse comfortably.
The staff were friendly and approachable. I had a couple of questions while shopping, and they were quick to help without making the experience feel rushed or pressured. It’s always nice when employees are both professional and genuinely helpful.
There were also some great deals and promotions running, which made the visit even better. You can definitely find good value here if you take your time to look around.
Checkout was smooth and efficient, and overall the store had a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.

“Favorite spot for jeans, their collection is good for everyday clothing.They always have some deal going on, good prices. Customer service is great.Just wish if they can replace trial room curtains with hard wooden doors if possible. Sometime people just jump inside the trial room without any hesitation of asking if someone is in there.”

“Wow can't believe it's been so many years since I've been here. I wasn't even planning to stop by cuz I was literally on my way to walk to my car but I just had to stop in for 5 minutes at least. I had my dog with me so it had to be quick. Within those 5 minutes, I found the cutest long sleeve crop top and a cute simple sweater. I am so glad I stopped by and it was close to their closing time too. Such a cute store.”

The store manager and employees at this location are super helpful and friendly - they’ll offer great suggestions on items to pair and even offer you water or champagne! “The new Manager Nick who took over for this location is amazing. 11/10 would recommend.
He is very professional and knowledgeable about how clothing and fashion works.
I got a new job (Business to Business) performing from $5,000 - $500,000 deals. He helped me arm my closet and wardrobe with the proper function to A) land the job and interviews, and B) Sell and adapt to the community very quickly.
I have been to other clothing stores and no one is more helpful than Nick and his current staff.

“A sales associate named Priscila was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I called to place an item on hold after seeing online that it was available at this location. She immediately offered to check, and promptly called me back to confirm that she had found it and would hold it for me.
On my way to the store, I called again, and she reassured me that the item was safely on hold. When we arrived, she greeted us warmly, handed me the item, and took the time to assist us further. Throughout the entire interaction, she remained kind, respectful, and professional. Truly excellent customer service!”
