“I recently had an automotive battery fail less than two months before its warranty expiration. I returned the battery to the BatteriesPlus Brea store and was told they would need to verify that the failure was in the battery itself, rather than the vehicle's charging system - this necessitated placing the battery on their charging and conditioning equipment. Rather than leaving me high and dry for a couple days, they were able to provide a loaner battery while my original battery was being evaluated. Turns out the original battery was indeed bad and they replaced it with a new battery as soon as they were able to confirm. The loaner battery was the above-and-beyond that really stood out for me as great customer service.

Over the years, I've visited various locations and their staff has been consistently competent and knowledgeable. I brought it in, and right away the owner could see what the problem was. I got a text later that day saying that it would be available the next day (3/1). I texted back in the early afternoon confirming if it was ready and it was!
