I had a wonderful experience at Fossil in Brea Mall. Heather helped me with a watch repair, and her customer service was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and really made us feel valued as customers. I highly recommend asking for Heather when you visit. She deserves a raise!
