Went to browse the store and an employee name Jimmy is so polite and provides amazing customer service. He introduced me to fossil Italian leather that I fell in love with and purchase the bag and wallet that was on clearance. Thanks Jimmy!!

Visited yesterday (4/17) and James was extra helpful at finding the specific watches me and my friend were looking at getting for awhile. He went above & beyond and deserves the extra recognition, even helping us sign up for emails for an extra coupon off of our purchases. The customer service here is always amazing and I'd definitely shop here just because of that.

It's unfortunate that I have to give them a 1 star. I just want to warn shoppers about this exact location charging us for items we do not have. I bought earrings there, they were the last ones they had at the time. The center has now come out almost 1 year later. I went to take them to the store and this item is not even on the receipt I was charged for another item, a necklace. I never knew this had happened until now. The store says they can't do anything about it and customer care says they can't do anything it either. So be careful when you purchase that you aren't being over charged and that you are actually being charged for the correct items! I'm out $45 dollars and damaged earrings... be cautious shoppers.

My wife got me a Fossil watch for my wedding present and I love it! They did a custom engraving on the inside and sized it perfectly with no extra charge.

I needed the backing of my watch replaced. One lady worked on it. When a customer came to buy something she helped them and immediately the other man who worked there worked on getting the backing on and then gave me my watch!

D*** exchange/policy. I received a gift from someone and wanted to exchange it for a different color. I couldn’t exchange it without a receipt although the tag was still attached. It was a gift so of course I was not going to ask for a receipt to exchange it. I have never shopped at Fossil and never will.

A huge shout out to Christine! Thank you for the excellent customer service. Christine kindly processed in store my online order return. She was just as genuine in helping me when I panicked called her the following Monday to check if I had accidentally left small gifts in the shipping return box. She promptly notified me & assured me it wasn't left in the box. I came in store a few days later to adjust to fit a new watch & once again, made the whole experience pleasant. Helped me with engraving my new watch too. Premium customer care & all the more appreciated during the hectic holiday shopping hours,

Michael made my day!I described the features I was looking for in a purse (slouchy, wider than what I had). He brought out the Maya Hobo bag and it is perfection.I had been completely ignored at the Brighton store.
