“Great Whole Foods Market for groceries shopping. Parking is a little bit crazy as it is located next to the residents area complex. Great place to drop off Amazon Returns as well.”

After speaking with WNC I had definitely had to update this review. I just want to say the professionalism and understanding they showed after speaking with them is top notch. They definitely took care of my concerns and made me feel valued as a loyal customer and I’m happy to say they definitely did not lose my business and I’ll continue to shop and support WNC!
I’ve been going to WNC for years because they have the best supplements and pricing. This review is strictly on the customer service ( or lack of) I recently experienced. I came in to get a few things and they had just got their shipment in. I told the guy I didn’t mind waiting and he told me it would be over an hour and he could call me when it was ready. I informed him that this has happened in the past and he said the same thing and I never received a phone call. Instead of apologizing of trying to make any effort in assisting me he said “Well it’s going to be the same thing.” If that’s the case he clearly has no intention of calling me. I’ve been loyal to this location, but since the staffing here has changed it just has not been the same.”

“Jacob was so kind and amazing. With this being my 1st time doing pickup I was unsure of the process and he was patient with me. The produce representatives were also kind, and directed to an option that was close to the item they didn’t have (the item I wanted was out of stock).”

All my visits to my local store I’ve never been informed of the points program until tonight, 30 min before closing time when an employee saw the checkout line he met the need and opened a register. Super friendly and helpful and now I can build up my shopping points. A thankful shout out to JONATHAN!”
