After speaking with WNC I had definitely had to update this review. I just want to say the professionalism and understanding they showed after speaking with them is top notch. They definitely took care of my concerns and made me feel valued as a loyal customer and I’m happy to say they definitely did not lose my business and I’ll continue to shop and support WNC!
I’ve been going to WNC for years because they have the best supplements and pricing. This review is strictly on the customer service ( or lack of) I recently experienced. I came in to get a few things and they had just got their shipment in. I told the guy I didn’t mind waiting and he told me it would be over an hour and he could call me when it was ready. I informed him that this has happened in the past and he said the same thing and I never received a phone call. Instead of apologizing of trying to make any effort in assisting me he said “Well it’s going to be the same thing.” If that’s the case he clearly has no intention of calling me. I’ve been loyal to this location, but since the staffing here has changed it just has not been the same.”

All my visits to my local store I’ve never been informed of the points program until tonight, 30 min before closing time when an employee saw the checkout line he met the need and opened a register. “I drive some distance, bypassing the Sprouts that is 2 miles from my home, just to shop at this location. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Recently, I've noticed that Sprouts has made deep cuts in their plant based products and they've stopped carrying alot of my favorite products, including Silk Soy Alternative Yogurt. I me turned how disappointed I was to Armando, the dairy manager. He could have just said, 'yep....sorry'; instead he offered to do a search and special order it for me. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, he wasn't there and they had a little trouble finding my order. But Andrew stepped up and spent 15 minutes hunting it down for me! Truly appreciate the customer service and their desire to deliver a quality experience at this Sprouts!”
