After speaking with WNC I had definitely had to update this review. I just want to say the professionalism and understanding they showed after speaking with them is top notch. They definitely took care of my concerns and made me feel valued as a loyal customer and I’m happy to say they definitely did not lose my business and I’ll continue to shop and support WNC!
I’ve been going to WNC for years because they have the best supplements and pricing. This review is strictly on the customer service ( or lack of) I recently experienced. I came in to get a few things and they had just got their shipment in. I told the guy I didn’t mind waiting and he told me it would be over an hour and he could call me when it was ready. I informed him that this has happened in the past and he said the same thing and I never received a phone call. Instead of apologizing of trying to make any effort in assisting me he said “Well it’s going to be the same thing.” If that’s the case he clearly has no intention of calling me. I’ve been loyal to this location, but since the staffing here has changed it just has not been the same.”

All my visits to my local store I’ve never been informed of the points program until tonight, 30 min before closing time when an employee saw the checkout line he met the need and opened a register. Super friendly and helpful and now I can build up my shopping points. A thankful shout out to JONATHAN!”

“Well laid out but slightly short on space. It could have been the day I was there but the had low inventory on a couple of items I was shipping for. Parking lot feels a little tricky to get in and out of. Narrow entrance on either side of Santa Gertrudes.”

“One of my go to spots to get the needed workout supplements. The store has a limited amount of it's, but still has whatever you are looking for. Clean interior, parking is a little rough but still manageable. Prices are decent. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend this spot if you need any supplements or accessories like a tumbler cup that can mix the supplements in whatever you drink- water, coconut water, milk, etc.”
“I will say this. I enjoy coming here the gentleman is very kind and he’s generous. They have a really good selection of candles. I haven’t had services but every time I come here he knows what I need. This shop is very clean and maintained. Not like other shops that make you wanna throw up cause of the vibes. They have everything. love the promo they have if u use a Golden State EBT card and u spend for example 5Dollars they match your 5Dollars. So your able to spend the money they match you up to 90 days of purchase. I love going to New locations since they all have different deals. I purchased Coco Pebbles for 1$ a box from the one on 14549 Telegraph Road in SFS. I purchased 8 boxes. I love the cereal and it makes chocolate milk after.”
“I recently revisited this shop to see if the same owner was still running it, and yes, he is! I’ve had great experiences with the owner, Ed. He’s truly a Godsend. After moving out of state, getting older, and falling out of shape, I’ve recently started focusing on self-care again. I’ve visited several vitamin stores and other Max Muscle locations, but Ed is the game changer. His product knowledge, industry expertise, and understanding of your goals set him apart. Every time I see him, it’s a learning experience—far beyond what I’ve gotten anywhere else. He’s not just trying to sell you something; he genuinely cares about helping you achieve your goals. I’m really glad he’s still there. I wrote this on my own with nothing to gain, just a genuine appreciation. I hope he continues in the business and helps others the way he’s helped me. “No a bad place to deliver park on the street and check in at the little camera speaker deal. Then go through the gate and enter at the entrance sign. Check in with the nice lady named Linda at the window. Then she’ll tell you what to do. Slide tandems to the back and unhook from trailer once in the dock. Appointment at 9 in door at 10:45 out 11:15”
