“We visited Lowe’s this morning to pick up some supplies for our business. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted with a “Hello, welcome to Lowe’s,” which set a positive tone for our visit. While searching for some tools, we had trouble locating what we needed. Thankfully, Phillip, who was working in the lighting area, came to our rescue. He was incredibly patient and attentive, despite my difficulties in explaining what we were looking for. Phillip offered several options, and thanks to his help, we found the exact tool we needed. We ended up purchasing a few other items as well. Overall, it was an awesome experience!”

“Javier in the rental dept. was extremely helpful. Our pool filter had the main nut sheared almost into the plastic and we were unable to remove it after much time and several attempts. We decided to take the filter to Home Depot and get the correct tool to remove it properly.
Javier checked it out and came out with a tool that fit perfectly and removed it within minutes. He did it all with a great attitude, and supreme customer service. Thank you Javier, thanks Home Depot for choosing such great employees!”

“After staring at leaves on the floor for weeks, the broken broom was stored in the shed. That's it... I need a big broom to clean everyday. The associate, Keith exceeded my expectations and was professional and accommodating with me as a deaf customer. I was looking for a 36" broom at the broom aisle, and I only saw a 24" broom, not 36". However, I want to spend a little time cleaning the leaves daily, as you can picture; it can be inconvenient to clean with a smaller broom. I showed him my phone to show which broom with 36" I want. At first, we couldn't find the broom until he looked up the product ID. He found it, but it is on top of the shelves in the garden outside area. I was like, dang, I might have to order online, and then I can pick it up. Nope! He pulled up a step-rolling ladder but was unable to get it. He went to get a FORKLIFT to get the broom for me. Wow second attempt. It was beyond my expectations, and I knew I had to post a review. I can tell that day HD employees were very busy, and it was on a weekend, and the parking lot was packed more than usual. Yet Keith still showed his professionalism and went out of his way to help me. Thank you for your excellent customer service!”

“I went into the store looking for a pretty unique item. I really couldn't even describe it. Anyway, there were 2-3 Home Depot employees by the door as I walked in. The two men kind of looked away like they were busy. But one employee named Vivian stepped up to the plate ready to work. We looked at several different isles for the item. Keep in mind this was near closing time in about 5 mins. We didn't find the part but she was so KNOWLEDGEABLE. I was honestly really impressed. I told her manager Chris on the spot but needed to put this in writing. Thanks Vivian for your knowledge, generosity and you had a real tenacity to find this item or even fugue out what I needed. I commend you! You were so natural and easy to talk with. Most of the time the employees make us feel like we are bothering them but they have to understand that not everyone who goes in the store works in that industry. Some out diy husbands trying to figure things out. I think I am better at working on the car but I have ventured into more tasks around the house. A little encouragement from employees like Vivian give you that little kick to fix stuff and each time you get a little better. Awesome employee!”

“We did a full home renovation a little over a year ago, but I accidentally forgot about this place and decided to do a review now since we bought several items here and they have mostly stood up to the test of time. We bought 2 large LED mirrors for our Master Bathroom which have actually been fantastic. We also bought 2 other LED mirrors from Costco for our other bathrooms, and I'll have to say that the ones we bought here are much, much better and they were around the same price as Costco. You can definitely see the difference in quality not only in the lighting, but also in the mirror quality as the mirror we bought here has a much more clear reflection. I always thought a mirror is a mirror, but that is absolutely not true and it's clear when you have two different brands to compare them to each other, you can definitely see how one might have a better reflection than another. We also bought a freestanding bath tub which has so far been excellent. No issues so far and it also feels much bigger when you actually take a bath in it, then when when we saw it in the showroom. This also was probably around $200-300 cheaper than if we bought a similarly sized one at Home Depot or Lowes. With our freestanding bath tub, we also bought a freestanding bathtub faucet in nickel. Again, so far it's worked great and we have no complaints. This also was much cheaper than buying a more popular name brand such as Delta or Kohler. I would think it was more than half the price of the name brands. This was probably our best deal at Luxor. Finally, we bought 2 different brands of one-piece elongated toilets. This was probably our biggest disappointment. Although the price of these toilets were probably around one-half of name brands, such as Kohler, I think in the future, I would just go with a name brand. These aren't bad toilets, but one of the brands has really cheap seats that move around a lot. We tried to replace the seats, but it's hard to find a perfect size that fits. While the other toilet's seat is fine, but will splash a little water outside the bowl when you flush, which is kind of gross. Overall, we can live with the deficiencies of these toilets and would probably give them 3 stars for the price, but taking into account the other items, I'd have to give them 5 stars. Also, overall, the customer service is good. I wouldn't say great, but good and probably better than if you were to purchase at Home Depot or Lowes.”

“Homedepot delivery was excellent! We purchased a GE Fridge on Monday and it has been delivered on Thursday. Only three days to wait! Fabian and Jose the delivery guys were very professional and accommodating! They hooked everything up for us. Made sure everything worked properly as well! Great team work!”

“The garden staff was great. I fell on my head and I have a big bump so I'm having to be more careful by lifting things and things like that. The two young guys there were friendly and more than happy to help and give me suggestions. They even had to find something in the store for me. My wife loves gardening so I had to get her some gardening stuff and they helped put it in my truck. This is why I like Home Depot specially this Home Depot more than I like Lowe's. The prices are about the same, but I've always had good service at this one.”
