“I have been coming to Icing for jewelry and hair accessories for about 3 years now and I love it here. The energy is always so high in there and the employees are so helpful. It makes me comfortable enough to ask questions and opinions when i need to since i'm such a shy person. When my ears started to get irritated, the employee with long brown hair showed me their sterling silver earring options. I switched my earrings out and they felt better almost instantly! “Normally I would never go to a kiosk type place in the mall to have my watch serviced, but all I needed was a couple of links taken out of a new watch. Hosseim was fantastic! While he was taking out the links in my watch I saw one in the case that I really liked. Tried it on and knew it was the better choice than the one I brought it to have shortened. Hosseim included the size adjustment in the cost of the new watch and did not charge me for taking out and then putting back in the links on the watch I brought in to him. I will definitely go back for all my watch needs!”

“Great customer service but they didn't have the size ring I called them to hold for me. I asked for a size 5 and he thought I said 55 which is a size 7 not a size 5. But they checked the other stores and I had to drive to South Coast plaza to get the size I needed and it was the only store that had it in stock and I received some excellent customer service!”
