“Shayma was a lifesaver. I was worried that with my quick wedding date coming up, I would not be able to find a wedding dress tailor. But she responded to my inquiry online and soon enough, I had an appointment with her to discuss what I would need altered and its cost. In that first meeting, I left my wedding dress with her with full trust that everything would be altered beautifully. You can tell she is a true professional at what she does and loves doing so. I'm so glad I found her in the midst of planning my "quick" wedding. I had lots of bead work and some lace on my dress. It came out seamless.
In addition, I had been worried about how I would take my wedding dress on the airplane, but on the pick up day, she remembered and gently folded up my wedding dress and bagged it beautifully to fit in my luggage. She truly is a life saver. Thank you, Shayma!!

When my ears started to get irritated, the employee with long brown hair showed me their sterling silver earring options. I switched my earrings out and they felt better almost instantly! “Normally I would never go to a kiosk type place in the mall to have my watch serviced, but all I needed was a couple of links taken out of a new watch. Hosseim was fantastic! While he was taking out the links in my watch I saw one in the case that I really liked. Tried it on and knew it was the better choice than the one I brought it to have shortened. Hosseim included the size adjustment in the cost of the new watch and did not charge me for taking out and then putting back in the links on the watch I brought in to him. I will definitely go back for all my watch needs!”

“Great customer service but they didn't have the size ring I called them to hold for me. I asked for a size 5 and he thought I said 55 which is a size 7 not a size 5. But they checked the other stores and I had to drive to South Coast plaza to get the size I needed and it was the only store that had it in stock and I received some excellent customer service!”
