“Everything happened as expected and as it should. My former insurance co. refused to renew my policy because of 2 accidents. I was in a panic and checked with several insurance agencies. But I could only find auto insurance at ridiculously high costs. I found Allco Insurance agency through a radio add and spoke with their agent, Marisol who was friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. She found me a company that gave me high insurance coverage for a very reasonable rate, considering my driving record. Marisol, also found a company that issued me an Umbrella policy, as my former Umbrella co. was also not going to renew my policy.
Marisol spent considerable time answering my questions and, based upon the results, worked hard to find me good insurance at reasonable rates”

“Earlier today I spent over an hour on hold with one of the big name insurance companies - talked to three different people who provided immediately conflicting information - and I got nowhere. I was about to lose my cool.
Then I decided to see if I could just deal with actual humans instead of some mega corpo devilish forced-to-use-AI nonsense that directs me to their website and measures everything in business days.
I called (on a Saturday afternoon, no less) and Thi was not only personable and an absolute delight to speak with, but she had me insured in 15 minutes. ON A SATURDAY!
10 out of 10. Give them your business. They’ve earned a customer for life with me.
I just might buy a boat and a house and a couple more cars sinply so Thi can insure them for me. Wouldn’t take long at all.

“I've been a customer for 2 decades (since I first got my drivers license!). I had to make my first ever claim a few months ago. Al Proctor's team (Toni in particular) was tireless in making sure I was well taken care of. It was not a simple claim unfortunately and State Farm took care of everything (but my deductible of course). They even paid for extra rental car because it was taking so long.
I hope I'll never have to make another claim, but I can trust Toni and team have my back. It's not just State Farm, it's the agent and team. I can't say enough positive things about my experience.”
“I take care of my mom’s affairs and my mom has had Paulette Maldonado as an agent for State Farm for many years for their homes, rental properties and auto coverage.
Every time I call they have been so helpful and addressed my concerns. Melinda deserves an enormous shout out, she is very knowledgeable/knows her stuff. When I call and that isn’t often, she knows exactly who I am by my name without me telling her I’m calling regarding my mom’s policies. I don’t have State Farm and I have never met Melinda. She is very efficient and helpful, a true asset to State Farm.

“Needed same day auto insurance and I was able to get it at this office! All the other insurance companies did not want to insure me until 15 days after I paid. I got my quote over the phone and then made an appointment to meet with an agent. I went later in the day and was greeted by a friendly agent. She took pictures of my car, Reg, and DL. I also found out I qualified for an additional discount because I had 5 years no tickets or accidents. The whole process took under 30 min. Give her a call. Her name is Jennifer .”
