They sent a representative to check out all of the pieces that I have to move ahead of time. He set a date and determined it would require two people to move everything. They showed up on time and confirmed the day before and the morning of the move. Both of the guys, Kevin and Jose Luis, were very pleasant and fun to talk to, they were also very professional, and good at what they do. They looked at all of the pieces and figured out how to load, and they made really good choices about how to load the truck. They remembered exactly where I told them everything was supposed to go. I was already exhausted, even though I was hardly doing anything, and they didn’t even seem phased. I would definitely use this team again, and the price is very fair!, There were no surprises. The last time I had to move with a different company, my experience was not as good as it was this time, I could not have asked for better!”
“I called Titan for a quote for a long distance move from OC to Mammoth, from one storage unit to another. Joel was responsive to my request and asked good questions to understand my move situation. I received a prompt and comprehensive quote and the price was VERY competitive among 5 other quotes I received.Stan and the loading crew arrived on time and loaded my belongings carefully and quickly into the truck. They wrapped furniture and temporarily boxed smaller items for the transport. I received confirmation that the truck arrived at the destination and was secured overnight.I coordinated the unloading with Stan for the morning and they arrived on time. The crew unloaded my belongings into my new storage unit very quickly. There was no damage to the boxes or furniture. “Patrick is great! Been in the business and is established and knowledgeable and essential paet of the sign up process and selecting a storage unit that is right for you! Had a wonderful tour of the facilities. Easy sign-up process! Took about 10-15 minutes! The space has 24 hour security monitoring, and the facility stays open most days of the year from 6am-7pm. Pricing is a tad bit steep, but that promises a clean and organized operation, and a complimentary Keyed Discus Padlock along with your sign up start date. If you live conveniently close or within the proximity of the area, I would highly consider this as an option.”

“I planned a cross-country snap/container move with King Relocation Services/United Van Lines. My coordinator was Cindy, and loaders were Adam, Ben, and Charles. Overall, the service was better than I expected, and cost less than I had planned, so I have nothing but positive things to say about the quality and value.On the loading day, the guys were respectful of my property, communicative, and hard-working. They got things sorted, carted down stairs, and loaded in about 2 hours in total. The only hitch was the dimensions I had for the containers were slightly off, so my attempts to keep things to 1 container (rather than 2, which cost a bit more) didn't pan out. But, even 2 containers was incredibly low-cost compared to what I expected to pay for a cross-country move.All throughout, Cindy was extremely responsive as the point-person in the office. She kept me up-to-date on what was going on, when major milestones were happening, and where my shipment was in transit. It took nearly an hour, but Art (site specialist) helped me break (without harming car/trailer) my vehicle free from the trailer with a fork lift! Anywhere else, this would have cost me a whole day.
