“I own a BMW and had been struggling to find a good local mechanic in Brea who actually knows BMWs inside and out. After a bad experience with a previous mechanic in Fullerton who didn’t do nearly as good of a job, I decided to take my car to Charlie’s Auto Repair — and I’m so glad I did!
Mike, the car mechanic there, is honest, skilled, and truly trustworthy. He took the time to diagnose my car properly and went above and beyond with the repairs. Not only did he fix the main issue, but he also repaired my hood latch and even added oil to my car. It’s rare to find a mechanic who genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer drives away completely satisfied.
If you’re in Brea and looking for a reliable BMW repair shop or trustworthy local mechanic near you, I can’t recommend Charlie’s Auto Repair enough!”
“Took a company truck in to check for a leak in the transfer case, and/or trans leak and they confirmed the fluid was full, small seal leak. Also that the oil level was good and didnt need to be replaced. Huge props to these guys for being honest, as they could have easily said the truck needed a flush and oil change. Said we were good to go. Highly recommend ??”
