This place has the absolute worst customer service. They don't respond to emails for more than 24 hours and it's impossible to reach them by phone.

Absolutely the worst customer service from this company and Jessica T. at this office. Back and fourth for months on Amazon trying to return a pair of shoes that don't fit me. I have been a loyal customer with pleasers, buying many shoes over the years. NEVER AGAIN when they treat their customers like trash.
