“I had such a great experience at the Red Wing store in Brea, and I wanted to specifically recognize Anthony and Elijah for their outstanding customer service.
Anthony was the associate who initially helped me, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He properly sized me for a pair of Red Wing work boots and took the time to explain the different options available based on the type of work I do. He made thoughtful recommendations and ultimately helped me find a pair that I absolutely love. It was clear that he genuinely wanted to make sure I left with the right boots, not just make a sale.
Elijah also assisted me during my visit and was equally kind, professional, and helpful. Both of them made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
What made this experience stand out even more was that I had previously visited the Anaheim location and unfortunately received little to no customer service. The difference between the two stores was night and day. Anthony and Elijah are a fantastic reflection of what great customer service should look like, and they represent the Red Wing brand exceptionally well.
Thank you both for your help. Because of your outstanding service, I’ll gladly return to the Brea location for future purchases.”

“Last outlet of its kind. Been going here for 20 years, since 2005. They had many selections of Jordan's, Nike and Adidas clothing and shoes. Sad they are done. Hope Champs decide to open another outlet location soon.”

“Stepped into AT hoping to find an outfit for my daughter’s new internship. What we found was a GEM named Marg! Marge knows how clothing should fit, is fully aware of the store assortment, and offered great advice. The store was immaculate, perfectly sized, and the associates all seemed to work as one team. Marg completed our transaction with items from instore and online and even convinced me to apply for an AT cc. Listen up Ann Taylor, if you want to know how to get customers off their computers and back into your brick and mortar stores watch what Marg does and replicate. I’ll be driving back to you Brea store because of the service I received today. Thank you Marg for reminding me what customer service really looks like.”

Corey, the store manager took care of us regarding my experience at the Brea location. He called and issued the refund and apologized for the behavior of the management I dealt with. I am grateful for his sincerity and for doing right by the customer and honoring the store policy. My recommendation when visiting this location is if you have any issues contact Corey, he is a positive reflection of the service you would expect in any customer service environment.”
“Came here with my daughter on a rainy day and came out with a cute outfit. We were greeted and checked on a couple of times and were helped when we needed it. I appreciate we weren't followed around and instead were given space to look and shop. My only complaint is that I wish there were more Kaitlyn stores closer to where I live. “Had a really great experience at Foot Locker in Brea Mall and honestly it stood out compared to a lot of other retail stores I’ve been to lately.
First thing you notice when walking in is how clean and organized the store is. Everything is laid out nicely, making it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. The selection is solid too — a good mix of the latest releases, classic sneakers, and athletic apparel. Whether you’re looking for something trendy or just a reliable everyday pair, they’ve got options.
What really made the difference for me, though, was the staff. Super friendly from the moment I walked in, and more importantly, genuinely helpful. They didn’t hover or push for a sale, but when I had questions, they were knowledgeable and honest with their recommendations. They helped me find the right size quickly and even gave input on comfort and fit, which I appreciated.
The overall vibe in the store is great — energetic but not chaotic, and you can tell the team works well together. Checkout was smooth and quick, no long wait or confusion.
In a time where good customer service is becoming rare, this location really delivers. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back, not just for the products but for the experience.

“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERToday I went to a tillys to just look around and spend some time with my girlfriend. When in the store during my checkout I accidentally clicked my Tack Deck over the blocker behind the register. The Tech Deck sadly fell down a hole behind the register (for wires), a spot the employees said was basically a home forever kind of spot. However Aiden was super helpful, she took my phone # and said she'd give me a call if it was found. Only about 2 hours later I received a call back! And she found it! She went through all the trouble of full unscrewing some sort of cabinet, practically taking apart the counter just to get what seemed like my "toy". It may seem that way but there's main brands just like most things, and it was indeed an expensive "toy". I'm very grateful for aiden's extra money fort and care! She deserve an awesome high five or even a chance for a raise because that was some amazing service!!!!!!!”
