Tekniton is a Samsung appliance repair service. Technicians are fast, reliable, kind, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and quick, able to fix issues flawlessly. However, the company has significant problems with customer service, communication, and follow-up. They have a history of not showing up for scheduled appointments and failing to return phone calls, which has earned them multiple poor reviews. Their performance is inconsistent, depending heavily on the individual technician assigned.
We had a very different experience than I’m reading on other reviews. Our technician Brandon was great. He worked on our GE Cafe range. He was efficient and knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done. He made sure we were totally satisfied before he left.

I'm very satisfied with the performance of this technician (Brandon) he managed to clear a lot of My doubts Since he is very professional in his area and can comunícate well with his client Overall i would say this is one of the few times i was reassured by a technician rather than just hopeful on their work!
