Why is Samsung even partnering with this terrible company? They flaked twice and does not communicate to you. Stay away from this company. You guys can request another repair service and stay away from this one.

The lady who handled my service call request was very rude, couldn't care less about my needs. Apparently, as one of Samsungs only service contractors for warranty service, they feel that having a monopoly on their service area, they don't need to be an actual customer service oriented provider. Very unfortunate!

This company is so worthless. They tell me 1pm to 5pm someone will show up for the appointment. At 4:55pm someone calls and says “sorry I can’t make it and have to reschedule”. Completely unprofessional and careless.

Just made a call with them, the receptor kept sighing even I asked my question politely. No wonder they have so many bad reviews because it's true I experienced a terrible customer service.

Samsung Warranty Through Costco sent Leonardo from Tekniton to service my Washing machine that was getting the 4c error code. He proceeded to inform me that Samsung will not compensate technicians for the time it takes to repair my unit and suggest to get a refund or replacement from Costco. The invoice he handed me suggested that 4 different parts needed to be replaced. Leonardo proceeds to Lie to Samsung and Costco stating that a rat infestation existed in my Washing machine due to the worn tether wrapped around the drum. Because of his statement, this caused to void my warranty with Samsung.

Fast, reliable, and kind. Had an issue with my gas range that was out of warranty. They recommended I speak to Samsung to get a one-time allowance which allowed them to fix issue free of charge. Saro, the technician who came to my home, was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Would recommend them for any Samsung appliance issues.

This company has incompatent, terrible customer service. I would have given them a Zero if that option were available. The mythical appointment that I took a day off work for was canceled at the end of the appointment window by text. The excuse they texted described a scenario that was totally different than what the dispatcher described when we spoke. They knew the day before the appointment window they weren't going to show up, but didn't bother letting me know in a timely manner.

We gave the information of our dishwasher and also the list of problems. After a week, today a tech showed up and just looked at the unit, took a picture and took off said needs parts.

Phone hold times are ridiculous! Been trying to get through for 2 days now! Still havent been able to. Left messages & no return call either. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Samsung needs to drop them from contracting repairs

Update: Rescheduled and Leonardo came out. He was professional, courteous and quick. If this review was based soley on Leonardo's performance, it would be 5 stars. Hopefully Tekniton will work to improve their communication and follow up.I can't really say much about my experience with this company, other than they have horrible customer service. I scheduled an appliance repair through the manufacturer and was connected with Tekniton as a licensed service provider. They provided a 4 hour appointment window and never showed up. I called and asked Tekniton when I could expect the technician and was assured I would recieve a call back. No one called me so tried calling Tekniton before they closed. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then forwarded to a voicemail. It appears Tekniton has earned its multiple 1 star reviews.

The worst of the worst I'm usually the first one to jump on Yelp to get crazy but I had to follow through with this review because I am never experienced a worse company. I'm not answering the phone to not answering call backs from the technician in no way can I recommend them. When the technician wanted to leave he asked if he could go out through the garage versus leaving the front door which my his and said no to. It extremely odd and now I have an alert in place with security. I called My appliance company that referred them and after they researched them they said they would request another Service provider. They agreed the companies reviews weren't that great, therefore trust yelp.

Like the other reviews say, this company NEVER answers the phone. The first appointment just to come out and evaluate what was wrong with the fridge took 1 week. They then scheduled the actual repair 2 weeks out. The thought of not having a fridge for almost 4 weeks was tough, but it is what it is. Then the technician calls me the morning of the repair and said they overbooked him and he wouldn't be able to make it. I spoke to a Manager who then said their next earliest appointment is 2 weeks out. I asked why I was getting sent to the back of the line when it was their fault the appointment was missed and they gave me a non-answer about my repair being more difficult than most. $17,000 fridges are apparently disadvantaged compared to more "simple" refrigerators for Tekniton. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!

I admit I was scared to have this company come to my house because I first read all the reviews here on Yelp. I even asked Samsung if there was another company that could come service my TV which was only 4 months old. After setting up the service request with Samsung I was called the same day by the scheduler at Tekniton. He was very friendly and we scheduled an appt. for the following week. The day of the service the technician called 20 minutes before he was set to arrive, he showed up on time. I showed him the problem on my Samsung TV. They had told me on the phone that they cannot remove the tv from the wall for liability reasons so I had a friend on hand to help me. After see my problem the tech went to his vehicle and immediately brought in a huge box containing a new LED screen. I provided a table with a blanket and be swapped out the LED in about 20 minutes we tested it and he was on his way. Honestly it could not have a been a better experience and I was compelled to share that after so much apprehension . I shed no doubt on the overwhelming qty of bad reviews here but perhaps the company has done away with some of the problem techs and can provide a better service now. Thanks to Razvan the scheduler and Brandon the service tech.
