“The prices here are amazing. Every time i come here i always find something i like! They have a good variety of options and the employees are very sweet, helpful, and welcoming. This is one of my favorite stores to go to. I highly recommend coming here to find some clothes and support a good cause!”
“I was a first time visitor today but they earned a long time customer! I came here as a part of a list of thrift stores in Orange County and this one was the coolest location, best organized, and had THE BEST customer service. So helpful and so friendly. They have a lot of cool things for everyone and it was worth the trip. The prices are very fair as well! For context my sister (gen alpha) wanted to go thrifting for her birthday and we went to several thrift stores that did not meet her expectations. This was the only store that made her excited and where she found “cool pieces”. Keep in mind -I’m a Millennial, so is my husband and my other two sisters are millennial and gen z- and we all found cool pieces!”
“Great selection of quality thrifted and antiqued goods. Impressive density in a smaller space. Mostly closely but good furniture and other house accessories. Definitely worth checking out if you're nearby.”

“I love this shop, whether I’m shopping for home, myself or family I always find beautiful, reasonable gems. I would love to own this shop, what a dream to bless others while having fun. I may volunteer here if possible. God is so Good!!!!!”
“Was there on Friday, 16th June, 2023, at 5:00pm and the store was open. Entered the store of diverse antiques and collectibles. I enjoyed the variety of items available and my friend and I did make some nice fun purchases. The gentleman that helped us mentioned that they hadn't been opened much this year but were going to try to have regular week day later afternoon hours and some on the weekend. There are two phone numbers listed on Google maps. Not sure if the numbers are active or answered. We were at King Richard's Antique Mall, Whittier, CA, that Friday afternoon and this shop is just north about three blocks. Enjoy!”
“I love the look of Charity’s Closet and how unique the pieces are. Definitely a spot to check out.
However, I’ve observed two situations in which staff spoke to customers in a rude tone.
This has made my shopping experience uncomfortable. Specifically today, March 24th I saw and overheard a staff member being rude to a customer.
Again I am not directly affected, but it would be great if staff could do there job kindly.
Aside from this a great shop.”
“Good thrift store all around. However, their men's clothing section is a bit small and they individually price most of their men's shirts which can be a bit pricey. For example, a couple of their used Travis Matthew polo shirts are $20. Any thrift store including Goodwill always have them for less than $9.”
“I love this place. I love that they are all volunteers and all the money they make goes to charity unlike most thrift stores. All of the ladies are super friendly and sweet. I donate lots of stuff to this place as well as shop for my kids clothes.”
“I love this damn place, awesome selection, including lots of hot topicy stuff for some reason??? Im not complaining lol, wish there was a way to know when their 50% off sales are going on but i might just be a dummy that forgot to ask”
“I recently stumbled upon the Assistance League in Fullerton and let me tell you, it's like finding a thrift store run by a team of super-friendly, do-gooder superheroes! First off, the place is so clean you could eat off the floor - if you were into that sort of thing, which, let's be honest, who isn't after a good thrift store rummage?
The volunteers? Absolute gems. They greeted me like I was a long-lost cousin at a family reunion where everyone actually likes each other. I swear, one lady was so sweet, I half-expected her to bake me cookies on the spot. And the selection! I found a dinosaur pancake mold from Williams-Sonoma for 50 cents - my breakfasts just got a Jurassic upgrade!
But here's the real kicker: every penny you spend here goes back into the community. They're like the Robin Hood of Fullerton, except instead of stealing from the rich, they're just really good at thrift-shopping and giving back. They help kids with school clothes, seniors with meals, and families in need during the holidays. It's like shopping with a conscience, where your wallet feels good and your heart does too.
So, if you're looking for a place where you can find cool stuff, meet the friendliest humans on earth, and feel like you've done something good, the Assistance League in Fullerton is your spot. Just watch out for the vintage VHS tapes - they might just convince you to start a '90s movie night club. Five stars, would thrift again”
“Great store and great customer service! It was definitely a relief to find an actual thrift store with thrift store prices in a circle full of absurdly expensive curated vintage stores. I ended up getting a Calvin Klein belt for two dollars, a really cute pair of star earrings for one, and a great pair of snakeskin boots with Vince Neil vibes (love him) for eight. The employees behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back”

This is my first time here I’m from DC, first time shopper in this location but they got some cute stuff oh my goodness oh yeah when I get paid I will be back here so cute”
“Awesome customer service from Maria! The clothing is excellent quality and a good value price! I found a new-condition halogen (Nordstrom brand) blazer and some jewelry.”
“Awesome selection for guys and girls. My guy Alejandro was super nice and helped me find my lady friend a good pair of Jean shorts. Prices are very low. A better cleaner version of buffalo exchange. Thanks Alejandro!”
“There are some real gems here!
I just picked up a vintage silk scarf for $4, and a new in the bag 3 x 5 ft American flag made in the US for $5. It's a little cluttered, but you can find some amazing things in there! I will absolutely be coming back.”
“The last time I went to donate, Alberto was very helpful and polite. As a customer myself, I know sometimes customers can be very rude for no reason, and the employees get punished for it, which is very unfair. Thomas was very helpful as well. I hope on my next visit I get to be welcomed by Alberto and Thomas.”
“Easy drop off in the rear for donations but some random workers are always disgruntled handling the donations. I don’t even say much, pull up and drop off but some workers want to act like you’re inconveniencing their life if your items aren’t properly sealed or not tied up.

“They have a great selection of things.some cloths I think could be cheaper you can buy a lot of stuff brand new for the price they sell them at at all in all it's a good story they have a lot of stuff alittle bit of everything”
“I really like this place and when they have a sale it's fantastic. You really have to look hard and long for the right thing, but likely you will find it. If not the people there are very helpful. Today there was one young lady that was very helpful in assisting me to find the right frames for my house.”
“Such a cute little find. It is a neat organized thrift store. You can tell owner really gives attention to all pieces selected. Everything in there is a great find.”

“The Eli Home is amazing. I've only purchased clothes but it's generally always in good condition and at reasonable prices. I see that they have a lot of furniture that seems to be in great condition - I haven't had the need to purchase any but I'm sure when I do need some, I'll stop by The Eli Home first.”
“Hidden gem for more than just babies/children’s clothes! They had so many things- swings, toys, stroller parts, bed sheets, the list goes on and on! Great staff as well!”
“Dropped by here in May 2021 as we were looking for a thrift store. This place came up and we decided to stop in. The place is larger then it looks from the outside. Lots of items and the prices were relatively good. Would stop here again if we are in the area.”
“I'm glad there is a new savers around! I usually go to the Yorba Linda location (love it there). I have only been to this newer one once but I liked it. I felt it was organized and the staff was kind. The parking lot is shared with other businesses but parking is never an issue. Overall I can't complain! I also love that I can bring my donations to the donation center right by it.”
“Prices can be compared to buying new items at any retail store— quite a few items are from popular fast fashion brands. However, profits go to a good cause and the people were nice.”
“I like em cheap, I like em kind, and I like em chaotic. This thrift store is everything a thrift store should be, for the community, serving the community, built by the community. This family owned NON-profit thrift store may not be the most curated or the most organized, but it is the most precious. Expect to take your time to unearth and review every piece, inevitably not every piece will be a hit, but for the gems you do find they are incredibly AMAZING. This thrift store is priced for the community and serves the homeless, ignore the reviews of people saying "piles of stuff", it's a f****** thrift store, MANAGE your expectations. The workers are kind and friendly, and the experience very memorable. Also let my dog join me in my shopping experience!!! PLUS PLUS PLUS: ONE DRESSING ROOM AVAILABLE WITH MIRROR!!!! Be kind and be grateful! 100 stars if I could!!!!”

“21 years ago I started my life again with this place. I was young and had a baby girl sleeping at the Motel 6 in Stanton because I decided to finally leave an abusive relationship. I went to the home that they had for myself and my daughter. They picked us up from the motel and took care of us. 21 years later, my daughter is now in Veterinary school and I'm staying here again, at the very same Motel in the very same room,to remind myself it's very hard to leave abuse but it can be done. I'm so proud of my daughter and so very grateful to The Sheepfold and Ms, Darlene and Ms. Mary Kate for dancing with her in the kitchen when we were there. And I still watch Veggie Tales because of being there too. They saved not only my life but my daughters. ❤️”
“I came in on Thursday found a purse marked incorrectly ( this was a designer purse) said it had to go back to be remarked and it would be out the next day I was heart broken. CHRIS IS MY HERO...SO I KNEW THE PURSE WAS DESIGNER BUT HAD NO IDEA WHT IT GOES FOR..IT GOES FOR 1500 USED AND OVER 2K NEW!!!! IM OVER THE MOON...CHRIS IS THE BEST!!!!! Also walked out with a cashmere woman sweater tags on never worn retail was 280.00 and paid 5.99 love this store!!!!”
