Goodwill of Orange County is a thrift store that offers a variety of items, including clothing, home décor, electronics, furniture, and toys. Customers appreciate the organization and cleanliness of the store, noting that it is well-lit and regularly stocked with new items. The staff members, like Alberto and Thomas, are often mentioned for their helpfulness and politeness, even when faced with difficult customers.
While many shoppers find the merchandise fairly priced, some feel that certain items are too expensive for a thrift store, with prices for clothes and furniture being higher than at other Goodwill locations. Despite this, customers enjoy the experience and often find great deals. The store also accepts donations of gently used items, contributing to its mission of helping individuals achieve personal support and career development. However, some visitors have noted that the location can be understaffed, leading to longer wait times at checkout. Overall, Goodwill of Orange County is regarded as one of the better Goodwill stores in the area.
Very well maintained and fully stock with merchandise.

I have been to Good Wills in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, everywhere. This location is by far the most clean, pofessional, and kind crew I have seen. I love this location.
