Fast check in and reasonable wait time to get the car back. Advisor listened to my needs and confirmed the needed services. Waiting area was reasonably comfortable with soft chairs spreading with space in between so each customer has privacy. A TV channel on rehabilitation of houses was on all the time for entertainment.

All of the people I dealt with were extremely nice. They got my car in and out in the amount of time promised and did not try and gouge me for money. Sadly in my experience that happens too much. I appreciate the honesty.
